Ini adalah pertama kalinya saya memberikan ulasan seperti itu kepada sebuah hotel. Saya yakin para eksekutif hotel sendiri yang tahu apa yang sedang terjadi. Ini hotel bintang 4. Kecuali lobi resepsionis yang megah, lobi liftnya gelap. Anda bahkan tidak bisa melihat TV ketika sampai di kamar. Saya menelepon meja depan dan mengatakan itu adalah pembaruan sistem .Kak, updatenya apa di akhir pekan? Sepertinya TVnya rusak dan aku terlalu malas untuk memperbaikinya. Sarapan seharga 50 yuan sangat sedikit. Saat saya check out keesokan harinya, hujan turun, jadi saya bahkan tidak perlu pergi ke The House of Dancing Water di Macau untuk melihat air bocor di lobi.
Resepsionis meja depan, pelayan, dan petugas kebersihan semuanya sangat baik, tetapi peralatan hotel tidak sesuai standar.

Fasilitas dan sikap pelayanan sangat buruk Pihak hotel melakukan penipuan dan menipu konsumen. Saat check in disembunyikan AC hotel tidak dingin. Setelah menginap dua hari, AC sentralnya rusak di hari pertama, kata manajer shift siang sedang diperbaiki. Hari kedua, AC masih tidak berfungsi kasus. Saya berdiskusi tentang kamar ganti dengan layanan pelanggan sampai jam 4 pagi. Saya harus check out jam 9 pagi keesokan harinya untuk naik kereta kecepatan tinggi. Sambil memegang alat untuk menguji suhu, dia membuka matanya dan berbohong untuk menipu kami, mengatakan bahwa suhu AC normal.

房間位置和性價比都不錯。主要是在服務上，我覺得可以改進一下幾個方面。一是房間門打不開，打了電話之後電話又打不通，終於打通了，讓服務員過來，服務員還過了挺久。我剛入住，肯定有很多背包，前台也不知道提前説一下。第二個是房間內的空調控制不了，關上了開關也關不了。又是同樣讓這個服務員過來，看一下沒解決了我問題也感覺不是太熱情的樣子。比較好的事提供了一次性泡澡塑料袋，挺好的。
