WiFi is only available for Chinese. The door lock of the first room was broken, so we changed the room. The bathroom is so visible that it is strange.

I recommend this hotel if you have an early flight to catch. They also provide a free pickup and drop off service which was good.

We booked Kai Nuoya hotels twice. I checked the price on Trip.com and found this hotel has the cheapest price. The room is clean, near the airport, receptionist numbers 5 was so helpful and enthusiastic. The hotel will take your to the Airport for free. I highly recommend this hotel. 非常感谢五号服务员帮助我们很多，还送我一个非常可爱的钥匙链。下次我们一定选者你们的酒店。

A basic hotel with all necessary requirements. Airport pickup service was awesome. Just loved the car they sent. Will definitely book with them again

準備坐飛機來深圳 看見這個酒店有接機服務 價格也蠻便宜的 在網上看了一下網友評論 感覺不錯 就定了 下了飛機有專人來接我去酒店 酒店比我想象中要好得多 床挺軟的 睡得很舒服 還有有烘乾機和很大很大的浴缸 體驗感非常好

酒店是挺不錯的，還有接送機服務，非常適合趕飛機的人來住這裏，但是有一點，兩人入住，浴缸衹有一個一次性的袋子，這點不是很好，另外房間拖鞋尺碼太小了，穿的不是很舒服，其他非常滿意

房間陰暗，裏面非常潮，不知道為什麼酒店不進行必要的通風措施，很多地方都發現了黴菌毒素，深圳能夠聞到難聞的味道！而且還發現了，巨大無比的蟑螂🪳🪳🪳個頭嚇人，用垃圾桶臨時壓住，轉天讓保潔阿姨處理了，下次可不敢再住這家酒店了！！！

離機場很近，附近有商超還有餐廳，就是離地鐵站略遠。性價比不錯，服務很好。電源插座插不進去，很快就有人來給看了，還帶了備用的。
