I often book chain hotels when I'm on business trips, so I didn't expect too much. I mainly thought that the service and safety should be guaranteed. As a result, I fell into a trap again at Home Inn. I fell asleep in the early morning and was constantly woken up by the phone in the room. They said that the takeaway had been delivered to the door by a robot and asked me to go out to pick it up. I didn't dare to open the door in the middle of the night because I was checking in alone. The phone kept ringing, so I had to unplug the phone line. After a while, the robot's voice was still behind the door and called the front desk. The hotel staff said that the takeaway driver wrote the wrong room number, so I was woken up in the middle of the night and couldn't rest properly. I heard the sound of the robot turning around outside and was afraid that I couldn't sleep. Later, I called the front desk. The front desk simply said that they accidentally wrote the wrong room number. I was woken up in a deep sleep and couldn't sleep anymore. The hotel room is quite large. Later, the hotel staff had a good attitude when they made a follow-up visit. They sincerely apologized for disturbing me. Because I checked out at 2 o'clock, the hotel gave me a business meal as a gift. I am still very satisfied with the way it was handled afterwards. I will choose to stay here if I have the chance in the future.
