Good location, near malls and train station. Friendly staff (Joy is very helpful). Relaxing by the swimming pool, hot bath in the spa area… highlights of the trip. Many food choices!!! Festive during Christmas season!

Choosing Hyatt again and never feel disappointed! The room is very spacious and all the staff was wonderful with very friendly kind attitude! The only cons is the soundproof a bit bad, can hear the street sound

One of the best staying in SZ. The hotel room is spacious and clean , with kids necessities available . The breakfast is with wide varieties of cuisine and delicious. The service is superb as well. My daughter left her doll at the hotel and they are willing to help us courier back home.

Excellent services. The room is hugh and neat. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had in Shenzhen so far.

It was a great stay. Location is perfect, directly connected to MixC shopping malls with plenty of restaurant options. Staff were all friendly and kind, and accommodating. Breakfast option was so wide and full of delicious food. It was indeed the best stay I had in Shenzhen and we will definitely go back.

Booked the hotel for a colleague visiting Shenzhen, exceptional and friendly services, comfortable matress and linen of course, lots of privacy, quiet room. Nespresso coffee machine available in superior room only according to conciege and again frendly advice instant nescafe sachet is for 1-2 star hotel.

Very good in general except the smoking smell in the room. Very strong smoking smell. Air conditioner is not strong enough, quite hot.

Very much appreciated the front desk staff, Miss Joy-Lin for her sincerely and warm hospitality arrangments during my short stayed. Her professional attitude shows very helpful for us during check in. I centainly will come back again within a short while.
