Overall was very good .The rooms renovated beautifully and big enough.Very near futian station.The staff serves us very well The only weakness is the bed a little bit smelly and I feel itchy sleep on it. I believe the bedsheet was washed cleanly maybe the bed or pillow itself was used by previous tenants who sweated on it..The pillow are the beautiful photo

The hotel was conveniently located opposite a big shopping centre with everything, had lots of nearby eateries and close to the metro. Their service was exceptional by accommodating our preferred foreign visa card payment method and assisted us in receiving delivery parcels. They also catered to our night flight by allowing us to do a late check-out. Overall, I would stay here again the next time I visit Shenzhen! :)

Staff are very friendly and helpful..Very courteous and we'll trained. Room is spacious and clean. Location is very convenient with a shopping mall right opposite the hotel. The shopping mall has lots of good restaurants. Would recommend my friends to stay here

We loved the stay at the hotel. The room was very big with plenty of space. The WC and cleanliness of the whole room was spotless and it had robot style features. The staff by the entrance were very nice and helpful :) And well located, near the Shixia subway. Definitely a very good option to stay! Ah! And the breakfast was very complete (Chinese style) and the lady cooking the noodles on the spot super friendly!

In general the hotel is good with convenient location but there are some areas can be improved like the window can’t be locked and none of the channel is work.

It was a good hotel, but the room smelled bad and the receptionist did not speak English, only using translator apps. The location was perfect. I recommend it if you want to stay in the center of Futian district.

My family with children stayed at the hotel for a second time this trip. The location is superb with a new mall right opposite and many locals eatery shops around the hotel. So many things to eat and shop. Getting around is also convenient with the Shixia subway station within walking distance. Will consider to stay here again if I come to Shenzhen.

Like the free non-alcoholic drinks in the refrigerator, spacious room size and smart toilet. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to shopping and transportation. Well worth the money and enjoy the trip.

The hotel is in an easily accessible location, at walkable distance to underground train. Room is large, modern, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is adequate and tasty, and not excessive. Overall, very comfortable stay and will come back again.
