It is conveniently located close to malls restaurants and the civic centre. Close to central SZ. Staff were kind and helped me with luggage. I was upgraded and given a suite. It was quiet. Overall I was happy!

Overall ok and well located. I would comeback again. The check-in was easy and take a cab was alright too

Room wasn’t clean, but service and location was not bad

The room is large, the bed is soft, and it is very comfortable to sleep. I slept until I woke up naturally. The toiletries are all big brands, and I feel very relieved to use them. This is my second time staying in this hotel. The first time felt pretty good, but this time I was a little disappointed. When I entered the room and tried to turn on the TV, when the waitress came to assist, sparks flew as soon as she pressed the switch. So I moved to another room which was ok during the day. But at midnight when I was sleeping soundly, the air conditioner above my head seemed to drip water on my head, and then I had to move to another room again.

This hotel is amazing. It's comfortable to stay in. There is a chess and card room in the room. I got together with some friends and played a few games. I won a small victory and was very happy. I will come again next time. I highly recommend it. The little girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic, but I forgot her name.
