Always feel reliable and fashionable and clean, most importantly, to live in Atour. This one has that extra touch of class and excellence in services, in particular.

The hotel has excellent facilities. It's clean and modern. However, the staff seems to speak very basic English or no English at all. It was frustrating to spend so much time to communicate anything to them. However, I must say, all of them did their best to try to understand me and they in the end satisfied all of my requests. It just took time. The breakfast provided seemed to have many options but mostly for Chinese cuisine. I would appreciate more international cuisine options. The location worked fine for me but it's pretty far away from downtown.

Nice modern hotel, comfortable clean room, delicious breakfast. The stuff is vey friendly. The only problem was for me as a foreigner to communicate in English, as the members of stuff do not speak it. They made every effort to communicate with me and tried to help nevertheless.

工作人員服務非常到位，性價比超高，晚上到了還有免費的粥可以喝，離深圳北也很近，二十分鐘就到了，下次還會選這裏，環境安靜，還有充電站

十分滿意，從前台入住到酒店設施服務。 衞生：很乾凈，沒有塵漬 環境：離出差地很近，周圍也很多美食店，很方便 服務：服務很好
