Our recent stay at your hotel was nothing short of phenomenal, largely thanks to two incredible staff members. From the moment we arrived, Joshua Zhang at the front desk made us feel incredibly welcome. He was exceptionally attentive, patiently answering all our questions and meticulously arranging the perfect room for our needs. His professionalism and warm demeanor set a wonderful tone for our entire visit.
The excellence continued with our butler, Luna. Her service was the epitome of thoughtfulness and genuine care. She anticipated our needs before we even expressed them, offering insightful recommendations and ensuring every small detail was perfect. Her attention to detail and the effortless grace with which she attended to everything made us feel truly pampered and valued. It’s this level of personalized, heartfelt service that is so rare to find.
The combination of Joshua’s seamless arrival process and Luna’s unparalleled, attentive hospitality throughout our stay created an unforgettable experience. It’s my second time staying at St Regis. I’ve always enjoyed the service the brand has provided. It’s been a great comfort to me whenever I feel exhausted at work, and it’s the place I feel like home. The room view is spectacular, I could always leave my curtain on & enjoy the night view by myself. The butler service is the another reason why I love St Regis so much. Whenever you need anything, the butler will always be there for you, providing you with a hot beverage is also a spot on for my trip.

Dear Management of St. Regis
I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided during my recent stay at your hotel. Specifically, I would like to commend Oscar from the front desk for his outstanding professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine commitment to ensuring a memorable guest experience.
Upon check-in, Oscar greeted me with warmth and efficiency, setting a positive tone for my stay. During check-out, he took the time to kindly ask about my experience and listened attentively to my feedback. When I mentioned a minor issue, he promptly addressed it with great care and resolution. Additionally, his thoughtful gesture of presenting a teddy bear as a gift truly touched me and significantly enhanced my overall impression of the hotel.
While my stay was mostly pleasant, there were two minor incidents that could have impacted my experience. First, there was a misunderstanding with the concierge team regarding courier delivery services. Fortunately, the butler quickly stepped in, understood my needs, and made an exception to assist me. She also patiently explained the reasons behind the policy, doing so in such a polite and comforting manner that I truly appreciated.
Secondly, there were no universal sockets compatible with UK plugs, my laptop ran out of battery but I had to reply an email via that laptop. I contacted the butler for a converter, after over 10 minutes, one was provided but no way to plug to the wall socket. I called the butler again, then it took nearly an hour for the housekeeping team to find a suitable power strip. I acknowledge that, as a guest, I should have been better prepared, and I understand that such situations can sometimes be beyond the hotel’s immediate control. Or maybe my expectation to the butler team is far over.
Despite these small setbacks, Oscar’s efforts during check-out completely eased my frustrations and left a lasting positive impression. His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable, and I believe he is a valuable asset to your team.
I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate channels and that Oscar receives the recognition he deserves. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay, and I look forward to returning to the St. Regis in the future.

For future visits, our one recommendation would be to implement a system to monitor the number of guests at the swimming pool. St Regis -never disappointing. After entering the lobby, we were greeted by Miya, one of the.firendliest faces among staff. Miya Luo and Yoyo Yang assisted us in registering. We were given room 4xx8. Cleaned, absolutely well designed and well thought. Our room package included afternoon tea, breakfast and Butler service. Nicholas was our Butler and gave us a.room tour. Tea and breakfast were amazungly delicious. All staff are.helpful and friendly. This is one of the most impressive St Regis.hotels I have stayed.
