eStay Executive Apartment (Nanshan Science and Technology Park Shenda South Subway Station)

I stayed here for two nights and it was a genuinely pleasant experience. Check in was quick and simple, and the staff greeted me with a smile. The room felt fresh and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows that did not go flat. The air conditioning worked reliably and kept the space at a nice, even temperature. I liked that the layout was straightforward and that I did not have to fiddle with odd switches or confusing controls. The location was a real plus. Being close to the subway made it easy to get around for meetings and to explore the area after. There are plenty of places to grab a coffee or a snack nearby, and I never felt stuck for options. Even though it is convenient, the room stayed quiet at night, and I slept well without hearing hallway noise or street traffic. Facilities were in good shape. The WiFi was stable and fast enough for calls and streaming. The shower had strong water pressure, and the towels were clean and soft. Housekeeping did a thoughtful job and kept the room tidy without moving things around. Small touches like bottled water and a mini fridge were useful during a busy day. Service stood out in a good way. When I had a question, the front desk answered quickly and pointed me to what I needed. It felt attentive without being over the top. I never had to chase anyone for help. Overall, the stay checked the boxes that matter. Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet nights, and a location that makes moving around simple. It worked well for both work and downtime, and I left feeling I got solid value for the price. I would be happy to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable place in this area.

日式庭園入口，簡約、精緻，燈光柔和。部分房間的走廊是開放式，面向深圳大學，雖然是9樓，但視野開闊，沒有侷促的感覺，這是一般酒店少有的佈局。 露台一邊面向深圳灣律師公館，視野亦非常開闊，這邊的房間有着視野亦非常開闊，這邊的房間有着前後花園的感覺置身於前後花園的感覺。 由於是新酒店，裝修及陳設都滿意。 這間房有半邊露台是密封設計，加大了室內的空間感，另外½的露台用作放置洗衣機及室外木枱及露營椅，可以休閒地坐在露台欣賞風景，附加的好處是不用彎腰放衣服在洗衣機內。 洗手間及對出的枱面有足夠空間放置日用品👍中型行李箱也可以放在衣架下的位置👍有浴室寶👍 不足是露台玻璃及台外面的雜物沒有清潔。健身房太小。
