Somerset QPlex ShenZhen

Saya selalu mempercayai kualitas Somerset, sebuah merek apartemen berlayanan. Ketika saya melakukan perjalanan bisnis, saya selalu memeriksa apakah Somerset tersedia di daerah setempat. Toko baru di Qiaochengfang, Shenzhen ini baru saja dibuka, memiliki lingkungan yang nyaman dan elegan, tenang di tengah hiruk pikuk. Ruangannya bersih dan hangat, serasa pulang ke rumah. Nona Xu di meja depan sangat perhatian dan penuh perhatian. Dia juga memberikan hadiah kecil yang indah dan sepiring buah selamat datang. Air mineral dan kartu kamar juga sangat unik, mencerminkan konsep hijau dan rendah karbon. Saya biasanya akan memilih di sini saat berikutnya saya melakukan perjalanan bisnis. Kalau dibilang kekurangannya hanya kecepatan WIFI di kamar agak lambat dan pemutaran video kurang lancar, perlu ditingkatkan.

I was happy to stay at the Somerset Qplex SZ.  My stay was long (about 2wks) so I experience different rooms on different floors.  All the rooms were new, clean and well decorated.  The guest lounge and the gym were large (never crowded) and well furnished.  The gym and yoga were well equipped including towel (which was a nice touch).  However, I wish there was a pool.  Also, I found the mattress super hard so I asked for an extra duvet to be place on top, hence the 4 star.  The breakfast was good with buffet style selection and cooking corner to order fresh items.  The coffee was strong (for china) which was good surprise.   The location, while there isn't train station nearby but everything is a short didi ride away.  I can walk to OCT within 20-30min which is nice.   The hotel is next to Qplex shopping center which has a good variety, from cheap (local bun shop, Subways, Macdonald) to middle to luxury restaurants and coffee shops.    I can easily satisfy most of my meals within the mall which is very convenient.   There are couple of massage place nearby too.  Best of all was the staff.  Everyone I met (from front desk, to cleaning crew to security) was so kind and helpful.  I needed a very specific regulatory documentation  and they went above and beyond to help me.  I like to shout out to Jason, Feya and Jaycee for making my stay such a pleasant experience. Would I stay here again: yes 100%. Would I recommend to a friend: yes 100%.   

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was impeccably clean and offered a stunning view that enhanced my experience. The service was excellent, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Yuki, Bella, and Jason for their professionalism and kindness throughout my stay. They truly made my visit memorable with their attentive care. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay!
