We've had a great stay, we even make it one more day because the facilities were super comfy and the staff really nice. Gym and laundry are great, the breakfast buffee is worth it 😊

First time staying at this hotel & I really like it.
Hotel is newly opened in May’2024.
Amenities are high quality and generously provided. For example, free fresh brewed coffee provided at lobby, complimentary soft drinks in the mini-fridge in every room.
I was very impressed by the friendly & very helpful services overall from all the staffs, and Mr. Lui(小磊） in particular. He’s soooo helpful to me, especially when I encountered issues, he always tried his best to assist & follow up for me.
Location-wise, it’s good too. Highly recommended & for sure will come back again!

Excellent hotel with amazing customer service. At first, we were assigned room closer to Main Street and when I advise the staff we were light sleepers and would appreciate a quieter room, they immediately upgraded us for free. Room was very clean and I loved the huge bathroom. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit shenzhen!

Very clean, new, modern style hotel. Less than 10 minutes walk from Houhai Metro Exit J.
The room was very comfortable, with electronic controls for curtains, etc.
Only negative was slightly limited selection for the western breakfast, but still 4/5 for this.
Would stay again if in the area.
