Sayang sekali, awalnya resepsionis laki-laki memberi saya kamar yang menghadap ke jalan raya, lalu lintas dan klakson di lantai bawah sangat bising sehingga saya tidak bisa tidur sama sekali. Saya meminta resepsionis untuk mengganti kamar. tapi saya masih harus membayar biaya pembersihan sebesar 20 yuan. Ganti, shower di kamar baru rusak, sampo dan shower gel tidak sekali pakai, dan ini paket dua-dalam-satu, perlengkapan kebersihan hanya sekali pakai. sikat gigi dan tidak ada yang lain, handuk lantai juga busuk, dua kamar semuanya berbau tidak sedap dan transportasi tidak nyaman.

Seharusnya hotel ini 7 Hari Premium Hotel, tapi yang terburuk. Hotelnya sudah sangat tua, kebersihan kamar buruk, kamar penuh debu, dan dinding kotor. Tidak merekomendasikan pergi ke hotel ini. Fotonya lift, seharusnya harganya lebih murah.

The room is pretty descent. It’s clean but keep in mind that all the furniture and amenities are very old and not in-depth cleaning have been done in very long time.
When I arrived there was a strong cigarette smell but went away over time.
The location is not great if you plan to take metro, the closest station is maybe 20 minutes away. And the bus doesn’t really help Becuase there is so much traffic in Shenzhen. Also the area around the hotel it’s very noisy due to ongoing construction.

The hotel has definitely seen better days. The staff were really lovely, helpful, and polite. But the room I was in stank of cigarettes even though it had a no smoking sign, and the air conditioner would also spit water onto me if I sat underneath it (which is where the desk was located). There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby which was convenient, but it's really far from the subway stations in the area. I would say it's good enough if you need a place to stay, and the washing machine was a massive bonus, but I was a bit disappointed with the place considering the price.

The hotel staff are very friendly and good people always ready to help at any time. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Shenzhen. And their rooms are very well clean and convenient. The hotel is located in a very good location easy access to train and other transportations.
