Ulasan 悦璽行政公寓（深圳筍崗店）

The apartment is quite new, however its location is very inconvenient and there is nothing much around. While the receptionist claimed there is a metro station 15 mins walk away, it seems to be more distant and difficult to get to in the scotching heat. We had to take the taxi to places which was expensive and took 30-45 minutes due to traffic jams, so we only stayed one night and decided to switch hotels. There is no visible restaurants nearby, we ordered food delivery, which was challenging for someone without a mainland chinese phone number, as the delivery apps require phone verification to register. Another issue is there are many construction sites around the apartment building, construction work runs till 11pm and starts at 5am, on a Sunday morning, we could hardly sleep. On trip.com it was listed as 65-69m2, however the actual apartment is much smaller than expected. It is quite new but the layout could have been more considerate, for example there is no where to hang clothes in the bathroom and one bedroom, and the only wardrobe door is blocked by a drawer. There is not much service expected as the reception is not in the same building. We requested more toilet rolls, the staff responded quickly and left them outside the apartment, but it went missing when we came back.

環境：前台藏在住宅樓裏面的，不是很好找，加了微信發了地址給我，讓前台幫忙報備了車牌微信語音指路，前台説目前停車還是免費的，這點不錯。 服務：前台好忙，辦理入住的時候還在接客人電話，第一次讓他們送多一套毛巾浴巾等了好久沒送來，微信再聯繫馬上送過來了，還各種道歉，態度很好，服務還不錯。 設施：房間很不錯，密碼鎖的，沒房卡，退房微信説了一聲我就直接走了。有個小陽台，洗衣機電視這些都有，還是品牌的，沙發也很軟，躺床上看看比賽美滋滋，洗衣液沐浴露洗髮水都用的好牌子，問過前台了，不能帶回家，帶回家要扣按金哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，退房後按金當天就退了。 衞生：房間打掃得很乾凈。 很不錯的住宿體驗，下次還會來。

酒店位於住宅區，十分寧靜，2房1廳的房型適合4人居住，公寓十分乾淨，衛生也很好，洗衣機在陽台，亦有曬晾設備，十分適合家庭度假入住，電影提免費電影，打車去萬象食家只幾分鐘車程。

特別好，樓很新，停車方便，交通便利，去哪都很近，客服專業，附近商場，便利店都有，床品純棉，舒服，Wi-Fi也挺快的，孩子住的很開心，下次來深圳還會選擇這裏住

房間在未蓋好大樓裡，竟然是全新未曾有人入住的新房！！床很好睡！衛生且乾凈！很推薦出遊來住，不輸酒店。打車也方便！

公寓今年建成，一切家具很新，整體不錯，可能新樓關係，水喉水有油味，不好處是附近仍有很多興建中樓宇，夜間有點吵！

如果近地鐵站就更加好，位置不太方便😮💨 希望酒店想想辦法完善一下就更好，例如可以幫忙叫車，因客人不一定有內地電話

出行方便，酒店服務好，房間很大，很舒適，叫外賣也很方便，適合跟家人朋友一齊住，價錢也很適中，定就對了。

很新的公寓，進房還聞到新傢俬的味道，樓下打車很方便，搭車去筍崗幾分鐘就到，附近還很多食店。 值得一提的是，他家的床很好睡。

第一次來筍崗 比較很多酒店 負評真的不少 選了一家雖然比較遠但是整個很乾淨 又不吵雜 可以好好睡覺的行政公寓 前台服務也非常棒

房間非常不錯，可以看到洪湖公園！

酒店房間很新，也比較安靜，叫網約車也方便，開車很方便，車位多。還是免費的，房間很不錯傢俱高檔，該有的設施都有，洗澡水充足夠熱，有暖氣，有洗衣機可以洗衣服，還有陽台，價格優惠，很喜歡他們的電視，超級大。 衞生：好 環境：舒服 服務：很好 設施：齊全 服務：很好
