Ulasan Vienna International Hotel (Shenzhen Nanshan Science and Technology Park Kexing Branch)

Stayed one night at this hotel and thanks to the hotel staff. Room: Modern, new and clean. Decent size. Smart controls for blinds. Smart toilet (?). Hot water and good pressure. No fridge. Big TV but need to pay 15 RMB for 1 day VIP access to watch stuff.(Only some free content). Room booked was non smoking but room still had a smoke smell. We changed room once already so didn't bother changing again. Airconditioning was preset at 25-26 degrees (regardless of the unit settings) which was not ideal for sleeping. (There is a Chinese myth that hotels do this to cater for the northern Chinese guests lol.) Location: Hotel not really walking distance close to any MTR but can get a 11-14 RMB Didi ride to one nearby. Breakfast selection was quite limited but can get congee, noodle soup, veges, bread, Chinese stir fry. But by 9am most of the food was gone but can still get noodle soup made to order with a selection of condiments. Fried eggs made to order.

All good except some customers smoking at lobby and corridor. Room is big , breakfast is good Lobby well decorated and spacious Reasonable price with facilities provided and cleanliness, best hotel worth for money !

The worst thing about the hotel is that people smoke in the lobby and in the room. So you can not use the AC without ugly smell. Wifi is not best. Otherwise hotel is pretty good. Breakfast is decent Chinese but with eggs. Laundry is free of charge. Rooms are large and roomy. Soundproof enough.
