The room was very humid and had a strange smell. The front desk said it might have just been cleaned, but the bed and quilt felt wet to the touch, so it must not have been a cleaning problem. The air conditioner was not cool at all and the room was so humid that even the air conditioner outlet was covered with black mold. 位置相對近地鐵及來福士購物中心 周邊食肆、沐足店亦有很多選擇 酒店外觀是玻璃幕牆商業大廈，但房間內卻有點殘舊 雖然只是2023年開，但欠缺保養 尤其是洗手間，座廁冲很多次亦冲不了⋯ 還好發生時已經是早上，差不多要退房

床很大，4個大人都足夠睡，床很舒服。**可以直接送上到房間，酒店只有一層，走廊一邊房間有窗很光，另一邊房間是無窗很黑。 入住期間我們發生了兩件事： 早上8時半，突然有清潔阿姨拍卡闖入，幸好我在房內用鍊子反鎖了，她進不到來。後來前台服務員說抱歉因為阿姨看錯了房號，但希望下次不再發生就好了。 第2件事是房間馬桶提供的卷紙很硬，小朋友去完沖不到水，馬桶給塞住了。幸好前台馬人派人來通了，謝謝服務人員。 總括而言，我們會再入住。

房間特別的臟，地面也不知道是時間太久還是沒打掃乾淨，都有點黏腳。然後黴味很重，而且下水道反味。最重要的是房間一點都不隔音，被吵醒睜眼到四點多才安靜下來能睡一會。之前也住過一次，沒有這麼糟糕。太差勁了。
