Ulasan Qiyou Capsule Youth Hostel

I stayed 2 nights in the basic capsule dorm and it was really nice. The capsule itself comes with everything a backpacker needs and is spacious enough. Also, big additional lockers for the luggage. Staff is really helpful and friendly. The only thing that could better is the cleanness. Especially, in the bathroom. Only one “proper” toilet and 3 “wholes in the floor” but all of them were dirty most of the time. Something that could be improved easily to make the experience even better.

My 2nd time . Good location to Electronics Area. Many options for food and close to Metro

This place is so close to the metro station, and close to the border, tho it’s a little bit old I guess.

I booked through trip.com, but when I reached the main hostel, they charged me 10 RMB per night extra, is there anything wrong, asked me to show my student ID. But there was nothing written about this on the website.

The hostel is great. Nothing fancy but has everything you need. Definitely worth the price. Close to a digital street

I had to deposit 100RMB, may be for security, before check in. No towels or slippers were provided. Also you should bring your own cup to get free Coffee from machine. The hostel is otherweise very good. Staffs are helpful. Its clean. In lobby a stranger started asking me about my opinion about Trumps tariffs. I avoided discussion with him.He claimed to be a chinese living several years in Canada. I ignored him politely. He was neither staff nor guest of the hostel. Strange thing is that he seemed to be waiting for me next day as well. As i went out of the hostel he followed me and insisted to develop friendship with me. I must say i managed to avoid him and escape from him. It was actually my last day in Shenzhen. Its my first such experience in China.

Overall TLDR - Fantastic for the price and location. 5 mins walk from the huaqianbay area. When you reach the place , go inside the building and you can see the big logo , there is lift beside it , press the button hard coz button has some problem , after entering the lift press 4 , also harder coz button 😀. Then you enter the lobby , pretty cool lobby and people hanging out , go to desk and she will give you access card within 10 mins. Then they will guide you on locker amd your box room or pod room or cuffin room. The toilets are pretty clean for the amount of usage. Over all nice. Would come again

Beautiful, wonderful and quiet hostel, the location is excellent and close to everything, the staff are friendly and they serve you, it's great, I really liked it.

Really friendly front desk staff. But facilities could do with a bit of tlc also only squatting toilets.

The location is great, nearby the metro, huaqian bei street and a beautiful park. There are not toilette seat, which was quite disappointing, but understandable. The capsules are big enough and comfortable and the common spaces are very good.

It’s a good value for Money Option located in an area from which you Can easily access most of the attractions by metro.

The bed area is great, the restrooms not the cleanest. Also in the shower no room to hang your belonngings
