第一次入住，體驗很不錯，入住前就詢問了前台關於發票等事宜，前台小楊詳細介紹，介紹了哪些平台可以在前台開票，哪些平台需要網上申請。小錢提前安排了我的早餐。合作的健身房器械很齊全，離酒店不遠。總體來説各方面都很好。

酒店交通非常便利，就在地鐵口附近，去商圈都很方便。雖然地處繁華地段，但晚上卻很安靜，完全不影響休息。 早餐的種類很多，尤其是現煮的麪檔，為一天提供了滿滿的能量。前台工作人員小錢，小蘇辦理入住迅速高效，很貼心[強]

已經第二次入住，距離鳯凰城站D出口幾分鐘步行距離，鄰近有光明萬達廣場 / 藍鯨世界，坐幾個站可到公明廣場（大仟里）、光明站（深圳科技館）。 酒店房間舒適，很適合親子旅行，將來會計劃再次入住。

很多次入住這家酒店，服務越來越好了，前台小蘇、小傑幫忙打印合同聯繫快遞公司寄快遞，解決了大問題。健身房24小時開放，深夜外賣還可以機器人送物，很方便商旅人士放心選！

入住體驗非常好，前台小錢和小楊，服務非常專業高效，提前幫我打印了賬單，還給我贈送了紀念品，後續東西有遺留也重新給我制卡回去取遺留物。非常值得肯定。

設施：酒店的設施都很新 環境：周邊環境都還不錯，陽光也挺好的 衞生：房間衞生整體還算乾淨，基本沒有什麼太大問題 服務：前台小陳服務態度很好，入住介紹了周邊遊玩也幫忙煮熱水給孩子沖奶粉，退房詢問要創口貼也有詢問是否有受傷，房間有遺留物也是及時聯繫處理，服務態度還是值得表揚的。

時隔很久再次入住這家酒店，無論是服務品質還是設施體驗都保持了一貫的高水準。前台小蘇，小陳熱情專業的接待瞬間讓人倍感親切，客房佈置更加精緻，床品舒適度滿分，一夜好眠。
