This hotel exceeded our expectations, from the fantastic staff, high end amenities and great location. We would recommend to others and will likely stay there again. Upon check-in Edward was super accommodation and very welcoming. I didn't catch her name but the girl working the front desk the morning of our check out was also very helpful in assisting with a late check out. The hotel was very clean and modern. One small complaint would be the lack of in hotel room food options in the restaurant, however,Thanks for the great stay.

Everything good. but no security of money. I lost 3000RMB , but hotel authorities not taken any action. Booked the room as per trip.com is with bathtub , but not allotted.

Business hotel in very good location to visit the industrial area around, nice brand new hotel, big room, good breakfast, only one thing yo improve, the english level of staff, because many western in this hotel.

Staff are all very friendly, especially Tina at check in. Room service Ayi is very helpful & didn’t mind making a few runs, offered us kids’ slippers, toothbrush and extra towels when she saw our kids. Beds are clean and comfy, wish they’re a bit bigger then it would be perfect! Location is good, walking distance to Raffles and lots of restaurants close by. Will return!

We stayed as we were there to attend the car show. Very close to the exhibition centre with a bridge linking to Hall 18, which I think would be great information to put on the hotel website. Very friendly attentive staff at the Sheraton coffee shops where we had breakfast especially those on the floor cleaning, setting the table and the lady manning the dessert counter all by herself! And the Sheraton concierge lady who escorted me with an umbrella over to my hotel. Loved the Thomas Roth toiletries!

The hotel staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel is very new as it has operated for only two weeks when we stayed there, hence the cleanliness level was very high. Unfortunately, the water pressure for shower on our floor was not high enough. Yet the hotel immediately arranged us to stay in another room and even arranged an upgrade. We were satisfied with their arrangement, would recommend other people to stay in the same hotel.
