Stayed here in December. Nice and clean rooms with decent views and reasonable price. The staff we encountered weee great and friendly. The hotel's surroundings were pleasant, with a nearby shopping mall that included a supermarket, several social restaurants, and a cinema.. The overall experience were excellent. And the welcoming cookies were the best cookies!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hilton Hotel Apartments near Shenzhen Airport! The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The washing machine was excellent, adding to the convenience during the stay. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded my room to a suite. I like to review the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful and specially the front staff was very polite and one of the front desk staff Antonio came out and did extra mile to help us to set up payment systems in China. We both had a good stay with a good room with a city view. I recommend any one wants to visit Shenzen to stay at Sheraton hotel Shenzen.

Location of the hotel is near the metro station, very convenient to get around. Hotel room seems slightly dated but is clean and comfortable. Staff is also very nice to help us with our request for late check out. Overall would recommend others to stay here!

Excellent service from every single staff interaction we had, especially at horizon club - exactly what you'd expect from a Shangri-la property. Room was clean and comfy with their generous pillow selection. Lobby is currently decked out in festive cheer and looks fantastic. My slight disappointment was with the food - Horizon club food felt a bit lacking in selection and quality (sandwiches and pastries tasted a bit stale), especially compared to the Hong Kong Shangs. Breakfast quality and spread was definitely a bit lacklustre.
