居住環境還可以，就是隔音效果差的不行，沒有毛巾真的是理解不了，4人房2個拖鞋不知道要怎麼樣。其他都還可以吧，空調挺奇葩，衹能冷風，不能開熱風。

特別簡單的房間，一個屋裡就兩張床兩個小牀頭櫃，其他啥也沒有，一個衞生間，沒有備礦泉水，衞生一般，好在一樓，不用爬樓，一共10多平，沒有網上介紹的30-60平方米，這是比較中肯的評價了

這是有史以來住的最不滿意的一次，屋內毛巾沒有，拖鞋也沒有，牙刷很硬，衞生間也很破，屋裡還有蟲子和蚊子，孩子早上起來身上咬了好幾個包，大家選住房一定要謹慎，千萬不要選瀋陽如意公寓，名字起的好聽，實際樓外觀很破很破，屋內環境也很差，最可氣的是停車還有停車費，所謂的“公寓”就是這種體驗嗎？門口那個門開半天也開不開，不知道是門的問題還是門的問題？那個馬桶，説好聽了叫馬桶説不好聽了不就是蓋了個破蓋子嗎……
