We were only there for two nights (stopover to head to Harbin)but the location was really centralised. You can easily walk to the city area and their hotel is not far from the train station.

Revisited Shenyang for leisure and again chose Swissotel. Central, professional and friendly staff, nearby park for children and adults

Amazing view, excellent service, always nice to stay when visiting Shenyang. We were there with our baby and can recommend it to stay here. The bed was prepared that babies can‘t fall down. Gym and pool on the 86 floor is also amazing.

It was very stuffy as soon as we entered the room. We were afraid of mosquitoes and noisy when we opened the window, which was not very comfortable. Fortunately, the temperature dropped in the middle of the night and it was ok. The shower head in the shower room is fixed, which is also very inconvenient. But the price of more than 300 is still ok. The location is very convenient. You can ride a bicycle to the Palace Museum, Zhongjie for more than ten minutes, or take a bus and subway. It is only three stops away. The subway entrance is downstairs. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. There are many restaurants at the entrance, with everything.

The front desk lady is responsible and knows how to help provide useful information to avoid going out in the cold and taking a detour. The room was upgraded for free so that you can directly see the night view of the Olympic Sports Center. The floor service staff are also warm and thoughtful, and they carefully help solve problems. The room is clean and tidy, and the hotel front desk service is very enthusiastic. We checked in with our children on May 1, 2024, but the hotel did not have air conditioning and hot air at this time. The shady side was a bit chilly. After communicating with the front desk, the service staff sent an electric heater in 5 minutes, and the effect was also good. There are a lot of food, entertainment and shopping around. The breakfast is very rich. It is very close to Zhongjie and the transportation is very convenient! The bed in the deluxe king room is 2.4 meters, which is very spacious for a family of three. I basically played around the surrounding area in two days.
