Tanushaj Beach Resort

one of the worst experiences, I was with my family, zero information about breakfast and dinner time, zero hospitality, terrible food. the food is not fresh at all, they brought whatever food they wanted. even the rating with one star is very big for this resort.

I made an online reservation because I planned to travel with my wife and toddler. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that the reservation had been cancelled. They claimed the cancellation was due to a check-in time of 10:00 AM, which was incorrect as their stated check-in time is 12:00 PM. Additionally, they alleged that I hadn’t responded to an automated message sent the day before check-in, which is also false as I had confirmed our arrival. It was clear they were overbooked and didn’t even offer an apology. This was a terrible experience.

I wish I could give this place zero stars! I made a reservation a month in advance for over 10 people, and less than 24 hours before check-in, they called to cancel. They claimed it was due to a reason that didn't make sense, but it was clear they had sold the rooms at a higher price to someone else. Additionally, their age limit for kids is bizarre: free for ages 0-3.99 and half price for ages 4-8.99. What kind of logic is that? They expect a 9-year-old to pay full price! We didn't even get to stay there, but the experience has been awful. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely the worst.

We visited only restaurant. Food was terrible. Look at this plate, it looks pretty good. However, this squids are not eatable, they are hard without any taste. I’m traveling a lot, this is the worst prepared squids I’ve tried in the world. Besides this we have ordered pizza. Pizza was ok.

Hotel is very well organized staff is very cool and friendly.. Rooms are very clean... Food is very tastefully and many various choices... Most common is that prices are not to big 30 meters from beach with 2 very good swimming pool.. Bads and umbrellas are all inclusive in same price.. Respect for Hotel and Resort Tanushaj.. 5 star deserved.. I will recommend to all who haven't been here.....

Perfect hotel. Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.

Eine Unverschämtheit eine Katastrofe Zimmer gebucht und keine Zimmer Frei mussten ein anderes Hotel suchen Sie gaben uns die schlüsselkarte fürs die Suiten. Eine Suite war ein ganz Normales Zimmer. Das andere war voll mit Kleider von anderen Gösten.

Unser Aufenthalt war eine absolute Katastrophe. Uns wurde um 12.45 geschrieben, dass wir um 13 Uhr da sein sollen ansonsten werden unsere Zimmer vergeben. Wir waren um 13.45 da und dann wurde uns gesagt wir sollen bis 17 Uhr auf unser Zimmer warten. Das Personal war so unfreundlich dass kann man sich nicht vorstellen. Um 17 Uhr haben wir von 2 gebuchten Zimmern dann 1 Zimmer bekommen. Das Zimmer war so klein dass wir nichtmal Platz hatten um unsere Koffer auszupacken obwohl wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht hatten gab es keinen Balkon. Auf das andere Zimmer mussten wir noch weitere 3 Stunden warten sodass unser ganzer Tag vorbei war. Das Essen war fast jeden Tag das selbe und man musste extrem lange warten bis etwas aufgefüllt wurde. Platz zum essen gab es auch kaum wir sind teilweise 15 Minuten rumgelaufen um einen Platz zu finden. Das einzig gute war die Atmosphäre und das Entertainment was geboten wurde. Uns wurde dann angeboten unseren Check out zu verschieben damit wir den Tag noch nutzen kann und wir haben zu gestimmt. An dem Tag des Check outs wollten wir Bescheid geben dass wir das Zimmer noch bis 16 Uhr nutzen möchten damit man sich noch fertig machen kann. Es wurde dann allerdings behauptet dass keiner davon wüsste und wir in 30 min aus checken müssen. Wir könnten uns wohl unten neben der Rezeption duschen gehen. Die Dusche war absolut dreckig und überall waren Steckdosen sodass man Angst haben musste einen Stromschlag zu bekommen. Die Leute waren so unfreundlich absoluter Horror.
