I don't like writing bad reviews, but this was not an enjoyable stay. I stayed here for a few days a year ago, and it was fine then. This year, not so much. The lobby is now "virtual," but finding someone by phone is not difficult. The room had an odd smell. A wasp flying around the room upon arrival was dealt with by a friendly staff member. Though fruit flies harassed me in the room, I killed at least 20 during my three days. The WiFi is very slow, which was unsuitable for my work, requiring hot-spotting to my phone. Also, the WiFi censors certain websites it must deem "not family friendly." The same sites work via cell connection; I have a problem with a business filtering the content. The desk is too small, and there are too few places to hang towels. There's no security latch on the inside of the door, which goes to the outside - which is not ideal. Note that there is no food/ breakfast available, so plan accordingly to stock your mini-fridge or visit McDonalds. The AC on high was quite loud and didn't manage the humidity while on low, and the toilet seat was cracked. I had to call to get a final receipt; this should be automatic. I was asked about my stay via text and conveyed the above, but I received no response. So, maybe nobody saw it—or it was a casualty of being "virtually" managed. I'll seek other options next time I visit. I noticed some AirB&B options in town that could be considered at a similar price. This hotel may be good for some people, but I don't recommend it for those on a business trip.
