With 227 total guestrooms and suites, all with oversized windows and views of the city or the river, the hotel will be part of the larger development of One Beale. When complete the complex will include a residential component, additional restaurant and bar options ranging from casual to fine dining. The property will include approximately 9,000 sq ft of unique meeting space created through the conversion of the historic William C. Ellis and Sons Ironworks and Machine Shop, originally constructed in 1879. The property will include a Latin Inspired 3 meal restaurant, Cimas, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Mississippi River and famous M Bridge, outdoor patio dining overlooking the river and pool deck and a local vibe through design and music components. Additionally, the property will include a Lobby Bar specializing in curated cocktails. The rooftop will also offer casual bench seating, fire pits, additional mobile bar options and views of the Memphis skyline and Mississippi River. Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis will also include the only “Resort Style” pool experience in the downtown market. This unique experience will include an expansive pool deck, 4 private cabanas, food and beverage options and a music concept to bring the space to life.

This time it is a business trip to stay at the hotel, the overall environment is good, the experience of staying is very good, if the price can be as affordable as domestic, it is very good.

Staying for the second time, I feel okay

When exploring Memphis (Beale st) I was elated to stay right in the heart of downtown Memphis. I was able to enjoy and stagger to my room without worry. I highly recommend.

Assistant manager DeValle Henry was rude after I had a issue. Other than that, my stay was okay! Call before booking because reservations mean NOTHING!! They will sell your room AGAIN if you don’t get there within a certain amount of time! They go by First come, first serve not reservation!

The hotel is on the popular road, diagonally opposite is McDonald's. It is not far from Macy's and other shopping malls. The hotel is very easy to find. The front desk is very enthusiastic. There was no way to add another room, but the front desk was very good. I said that I didn't book the room because of the unclear writing, so I gave the first room for the first night free of charge. The rooms with two beds and a king size bed are very high, comfortable and spacious. The hotel breakfast is American breakfast, except for the oatmeal, it is cold, but it is also very good, and the overall feeling is still good. New to Memphis recommended!
