Good service and nice room

I loved this hotel. the room was spotless and all the staff were extremely helpful. when going to breakfast on the first morning was very happy and had a cooked breakfast every morning of my stay. Di was very helpful and friendly which is most important as this was my first stay at this hotel. I was only due to stay for 4 nights originally but was so comfortable I extended for a whole week. if you are looking for a convenient friendly Premier Inn this is the one for you.

The Premier Inn Sheffield Angel Street, my first visit. Welcoming, clean and helpful. Spacious room, quiet and lovely ambience in the plus room. Just like a hotel! Delicious breakfast with such a friendly helpful lady called Wendy and chef Chris nothing was too much trouble for them. Very accommodating. Thank you for a memorable stay and looking forward to our next visit.

I came in after a night out to have breakfast as a non guest. The service was fantastic. Seated quickly, the staff saw to my every need, and checked in to see everything was alright more than once. The hot food was served hot, the cold food was served cold. You get a lot of selection and choice for your £10. Literally no complaints. Would always recommend coming here for the breakfast.

I stayed here for work. Room very well. Not best outside alot of drunk people next to car park. Car park has discount but not clear and paid full price £20. better inside the hotel Shaun and Aaron nice and friendly when I stay. Very good premier inn. Thank you.

Straight forward check in, we were even given a complimentary wifi code which was a nice touch. The staff were brilliant. Room was clean but disappointingly the beds weren’t the most comfortable we’ve experienced. We only had the continental breakfast which was good and overall we enjoyed our stay

I booked 2 rooms,1 for my wife and I and 1 for our adult daughter. We were impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the security of the accommodation. It was also spotlessly clean and our rooms were very comfortable.We enjoyed 2 breakfasts during our stay which were of a high standard presented to us by 2 very pleasant members of staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience thanks to Tilly, the receptionist. She greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and providing great local recommendations. Her genuine kindness and attentiveness made my stay comfortable. The room was neat, the bed comfortable and the hotel in general is in a perfect location if you need to be around the amenities and bars in the city centre. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely recommend saying high to Tilly

Great one night stay, all the usual Premier Inn standards and a good central location close to the city centre. Great friendly staff Aaron on the front desk who sorted out a problem with our booking and Sue who was working in the restaurant at breakfast time, both doing a fabulous job! Only downside is parking at Arundal Gate where you get a reduced cost of £10 for 24 hours (no reflection on the hotel I must say) the car park hasn’t much security, is rundown and payment is by an app which is complicated. Hopefully when the 02 Academy re opens this might improve. All in all a great stay and will use this hotel in the future.

Friendly and accommodating from the start, even provided a complimentary bottle of bubbly to help us celebrate the daughters graduation. Couldn't be happier with cleanliness and room for a very competitive rate. Great location to centre and Ponds Forge. Will definitely stay again.

Upgraded to premier plus room, which gave little extra features to room. These included; black out curtains, green and blacks chocolates, mini fridge with still and sparkling waters, coffee machine with pods and bigger shower and room space. However, some areas of premier still needed attending too. The carpets upon arrival looked dirty, so we kept our shoes on due to marks. Fridge with waters in could have been more, as we had two people staying in room and only one still and sparkling water to share. Coffee machine was great, but lacked pods so only could have one coffee between us. When using the shower, shower gel dispenser didn’t work and was playing around with it before getting gel to finally come out. Towels looked okay, we had one brand new towel and one hard/ bobbled towel for myself. Would be nice if there was a hand towel rail/ rack to place towel onto, instead of laying on side of sink. Water dispenser downstairs in reception, didn’t have enough water in it, wanted to have a drink before leaving but only had chance for 3 sips. Reminded staff, but she didn’t attend to area straight away so would be good if staff regularly checked on this area.

Good location. Clean comfortable rooms. Good breakfast choice. Check in/ out very easy. Only downside lack of car parking although they have an agreement with a local one for 10 pound for 24 hours. However by the time I'd downloaded app, searched for a member of staff and found out ( by telephone) what the necessary code was I'd already spent 30 mins of my alloted time sorting out payment.

Had a very disappointing stay. One member of staff in particular a ginger younger fella was unacceptably rude - unprofessional and through his in actions and horrible service I ended up being out of pocket a lot and a lot of time wasted !!! Premier inn complaints couldn't care less. Soon as they have your money they do not care about service or quality
