Baymont by Wyndham Cincinnati

Great location. Decent bargain. Has a pool.

Ok, so. This place is being remodled, no doubt about it. We got a room that was recently remodeled for the most part, I think, but the carpet in our room had spots where it had been worn and there were carpet nails sticking up when entering the bathroom?? There was plastic laying on our table when we first came in from where they put a new cover on the ironing board. They also had no extra pillows and blankets. And it smelled like **** SO bad. It honestly made me nauseous. Staff was nice though and it was a cheap place to stay.

This property is terrible. Dirty and damaged in the room. Charged my card a $50 hold for no smoking room. I had to wait for them to verify the room had not been smoked in. But the charge went into my card. It might be a National chain but it is not up to their standard.

I didnt like anything about the place very different from online photos. The pool was closed. Couldnt get clean towels or an extra blanket. My room got changed 3 times because of the conditions of the room. I advise no one ever go there. The place should be shut down.

We had a quiet stay while sleeping. The hotel is severely outdated. Trash cans over flowing, carpet is nasty, elevator floor was sunken in. Dirty bathroom and breakfast area. I was disappointed that Baymont approved this franchise.

The rooms were horrible customer service was terrible the plumbing was. Stop up the dirty shower the covers had burn holes eleavator felt like it’s finna break down the whole experience was terrible

The hallway smelled of pot, the linens had holes, the curtains had holes, the smoke detector was beeping we were told to take the batteries out of it, there was no staff to take care of it, there was a sign I noticed as I was checking out it stated that they do not clean everyday. There was a used dirty needle laying on the first floor stair landing, one morning we did manage to find some breakfast in the lobby. The other two mornings there was nothing but cold cereal. I would not stay there again and I will not take the chance on staying at Baymont hotel. The owners of the hotel do not seem to care what condition the hotel is in and apparently Baymont doesn’t care about their reputation.

Very poor condition. Things falling off the walls, trim coming off, carpet coming up off the floors. In bad need of a full renovation. Well worn everywhere including sheets.

Pool not working. Breakfast was horrible not that many options. Elevators in poor conditions. Ice machine not working. Overall horrible experience.
