Faraana Heights Aqua Park

Dirty hotel Faraana Height Aqua Park. Everywhere is dirty. The furniture is old and broken. We lived on the 1st floor, the balcony was broken, it didn't lock, it was unsafe. We reported it to the reception, they sent an employee to fix it, but he couldn't do it, - the next day the balcony didn't lock again. The bathroom is terrible, and the toilet and sink leaked water, everywhere was dirty. The housekeeper came every day, but didn't clean the room. Only one of the slides in the pool works. WiFi is paid, weak, and didn't work in the room. The reception staff (Mohamed) tried to solve the problems. All the other employees were also nice. The beach is full of garbage (here you need to "thank" the hotel guests themselves, the Russians). The hotel is full of uncultured and drunk Russians. The food was delicious and there was enough of it. On the last day at 11 am checked out of the hotel in the morning and cut off the bracelet, although the check-out from the hotel was at 6 pm. The sea is beautiful, you need to walk about 2 km to the coral reef. The hotel beach itself is about 2 km away from the hotel, there are only drinks on the beach.

For the second time we had the pleasure of spending our holiday in this hotel. Ultimately, we booked another hotel, but after spending the night there in quite uncomfortable conditions, we decided to leave the hotel in favor of Faranna Heights Resort. We contacted the restaurant manager, Mr. Adel, who immediately helped us book a room. We were very nicely welcomed and taken care of from the first minutes of our stay at this hotel. The hotel has several swimming pools of various sizes and a slide. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were very tasty, varied, served hot and cold. Mr. Adel, Mustafa and his employees took care not only of tasty meals but also of a very friendly atmosphere in the restaurant. In addition to excellent food, you could taste various kinds alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, competent, nice and smiling waiters (special thanks to Pol.) There is a beach not far from the hotel, a bus leaves to the beach every few minutes. There is a show every evening: fire shows, dancing, etc. Dance lovers can enjoy evening discos. An additional advantage were the animators who ensured attractions for both adults and children. I consider the trip to be a very successful one, thank you for your help in reserving the rooms and for the nice and warm welcome every day.

Location is genius, All Staff professional & friendly , Reception wonderful and friendly, Restaurant wonderful , cleanliness wonderful ، Activities are entertaining. Alot of Thanks to Management of Farrana Heights Resort for making our vacation wonderful.
