Amazing hotel, amazing staff. Friendly people around Found is perfect All family like it Khaled is very professional and helpful. Was doing a lot of animals everyday for my kids from towels. Thank you Khaled! Room # 2814

We had a lovely family holiday in February. There was a couple of issues with our room that were resolved very quickly which was the safe didn’t work and the balcony doors did t lock but was all sorted within an hour of us arriving. The food was lovely although it could be a little repetitive. The chocolate and vanilla ice cream was delicious although some days they only had mango available which was a little disappointing to not be able to always have a choice. The staff on the beach bar and main hotel bar were very friendly. A big shout out to the lifeguard Alaa who always went above and beyond for us and always with a smile. Mahmoud on the pool bar was amazing he learnt how we liked our drinks especially our cocktails, was really friendly and always had a smile and his service was on point. The choice of the pools and slides was a really big bonus with two children who love the water. Hopefully we will be returning some point in the future.

Awesome resort hotel with great facilities, lavish gardens, multiple pools, delicious food (huge variety) and great caring staff! Our trip was smooth as a silk from the moment we have landed in SSH and met by the hotel driver till our transfer back (after warmest hugs with staff members) to airport from that paradise hotel. We started to miss it and thinking about to coming back! Must stay!

From the moment we checked in we were treated like an old friend, the staff could not do enough , the drinks at the Tiki bar during the day were welcomed in the heat, the lifeguard Shaz I think at the top Pool was fabulous with Amr at the tiki bar they looked after us . We did give a tip and this was greatly recieved. The rooms were a good size and very cool which was perfect. The food was very god in all the areas, the beach BBQ was a fave . There’s nothing I could say I didn’t like, we did tip well but we felt the service deserved it . The shop on site is a rip Off, £35 for fake glasses, £7 just outside the hotel. The shops were usual outside . There’s a chemist and mc Donald’s also. Honestly I would deffo reccomend to everyone. If you like a drink it’s all branded too .

I spent 7 beautiful days at Swissotel from Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel is located in a prime area of Sharm El Sheikh close to the beach, with easy access to coral reefs,water sports and attractions such as Naama Bay and SOHO Square. It is a popular choice for families, couples and diving enthusiasts alike. Most guests note the friendliness and high professionalism of the staff. My special thanks goes to our amazing Manager and dearest friend Mr. MOHAMED SOBHY . He truly made my stay exceptional, he was always there when I needed something, handled every request with care and high professionalism and a smile. For sure his support and dedicated work made all the difference. Made me feel genuinely welcome. The rooms are spacious, clean and decorated in a modern style with local influences. The main restaurant offers an international buffet with a variety of fresh options. There are also a la carte restaurants with Oriental, Italian and Asian specialists. The private beach is clean, well- maintained , with fine sand and direct access to the reefs for snorkelling. The hotel has also several swimming pools. A very nice area for Adults Only and a other area for families with a nice Aquapark, a SPA and wellness centre, children club., daily activities and evening entertainment. The hotel is an excellent choice for those looking for a quality, clean resort with solid service and a top location for relaxation or outdoor activities. The overall experience was amazing and memorable. I’ll definitely come back soon for sure.
