Arrived at the hotel at 11pm, the front desk first gave me a room in the hotel area which was completely different from the picture I booked at that time; no sofa, no bathtub, no balcony, etc. After I asked, they said they would help me upgrade the room, and then said that I needed to drive a battery car to another area outside the hotel (still under construction), which was dark and scary. I suggested to stay back at the hotel. The housekeeper said that I originally booked a room in this area. It was already 12pm, and I was forced to stay in a so-called upgraded room (the actual internal space was smaller). Although there was a sofa and a balcony, the room was really small. Ctrip coordinated several times and worked very hard, but the hotel staff said that the room they originally gave me was fine and very casual. I felt very bad about this hotel at that time, and felt that it was just a name, but the goods did not match the picture. The next day, due to my carelessness, I lost a pair of BV sunglasses in the toilet near the front desk. Although I rushed back to look for them not long after, I was told that they had been taken away and no one had picked them up. There was no surveillance in the outdoor area in front of the front desk. Although the toilet was in a public area, there were few people using it and the staff would clean it from time to time, but I still couldn't find it. It was really frustrating to lose something on New Year's Day.
