Hotel with a view. We stayed in a traditional Japanese set up room. It is v spacious and comfortable. At night it turned into a futon bed. The facilities & hot spring onsen bath is amazing.

Although somebody may prefer higher-order accommodation, this hotel is very very great for me and my family. Located just in front of JR Shiretoko Shari Station, it can be very convenient for me and my family to catch a train to somewhere else. The other excellence of the hotel is that there is a convenience store just across the zebra line. The hotel staff, from front desk receptionist to housekeepers, they all tried their best to answer my questions and make up my room. The price of the hotel is quite reasonable. I stayed there for consecutively 8 nights, I found that the price if very very reasonable.

I loved my stay here! The service is good and the staff are friendly. There's a small lounge area near the lobby of the hotel where you can access tea, coffee, sodas, beer, and some small snacks. My room was comfortable and spacious. The public bath was huge with 6 indoor pools of differing temperatures, an outdoor pool, and a sauna (or 2). The lounge at the bath area offers a vitamin c drink, isotonic drink, and popsicles. Meals were buffets with plenty to choose from and a couple of live stations. Food options leaned towards being western-influenced. 10/10 would stay again.

The service staff are very polite, smiling and can communicate in English. The room is large and comfortable; free drinks are provided in the lobby, and you can also enjoy a private hot spring session for free. The scenery outside the hotel is beautiful and you can watch the sunset.

This is a traditional and relaxing inn, and the hot springs are great too. Next time, I'd like to use Shiretoko Village as a base for my family. The cruise ship was canceled today, so I couldn't get on, but next time, I'll try again, and I'd like to stay here again. The food was also good.

This time I didn't need it, but my mother didn't like it, because the room didn't have a toilet, I had to go outside and no air conditioning. The water in the sink is rusty. I don’t pay much attention to the homestay. Because it is cheap, the quilt is thick and there is no air conditioning and it is not cold. The quadruple room I booked is really not enough to cover a layer. The biggest problem is water. I found an elderly home at the front desk and took me to another sink. It still doesn’t work. I am too lazy to do it, I bought 3 large bottles of water directly in the vending machine, which is enough. Its food is very local and delicious. Although hardware charity is not good, the boss and the proprietress are really good people. It is not convenient for me to go to kiki the next day. The proprietress sees me difficult and drives me up. It is really a good person and solves my urgent need.
