Average hotel. Little far from city areas

This was our first time staying at this hotel, and we booked two rooms. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a larger room. From the moment we arrived, Mrs. Lv greeted us with kindness and professionalism. We stayed for two nights, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We like to praise the staff for her efficiency and consideration. She allowed us to check in very early ( about 9.30am ), and committed to our request without questioning. The rooms allocated to us were very spacious with very nice furniture. The breakfast provided were also good with many varieties of foods. Another good thing is there is a ground coffee machine where you can have fresh coffee for our breakfast.

I have never seen such a bad four-star hotel. I don't believe it because it was opened in 2019. The facilities are very old. It feels like the previous hotel has been reopened. The air conditioner is very noisy and the windows are poorly insulated. The breakfast was also terrible, with few varieties and not even paper towels on the table. Another funny thing is that it’s the first time I’ve seen a hotel without hair conditioner, I’m afraid three-star hotels have it. I ran water to take a bath at night, but there was still no cold water. The surrounding environment is also very poor, with the smell of diesel and car exhaust. We booked for two nights and didn't sleep the first night, so we quickly changed hotels.
