Ulasan PrideInn Flamingo Beach Resort & Spa Mombasa

We had a wonderful stay at Pride Inn Flamingo resort. I called the day of my stay for a pickup by their driver and was met a few hours later as I left the baggage pickup at Mombasa airport, by a smiling face holding a sign with my name. The drive to the resort was long. It was equally long on the return. But we were met by a cool drink and wet towel to refresh. The room wasn't ready yet so we had lunch first as they took care of our bags. Lunch, as was all of their meals was plentiful and had a large variety so even my picky eater husband could find plenty to satisfy. We aren't drinkers but drinks both alcohol and non were included in the all-inclusiveness. The room was great spacious and spotless. The shower was cool and because of the heat I didn't even notice. When I had trouble with the safe a call to the desk brought security to o fix it immediately. I must mention that both I and my husband had a massage and it was a don't miss item. I am a former massage therapist and believe me when I say this is worth every penny indulge yourself it's wonderful and I had manicure (my first) which still looks great a week later! This was the perfect way to end my Kenyan safari vacation.

食事は毎回美味しかったです。 海もすぐで砂浜は綺麗でゆったり椅子に座って海を見ているのが心よかったです。私が海辺のホテルを選んだ理由の一つは波の音を聞いて過ごす時間が欲しい思いが叶いました。 全てにおいて満足でした。 また来たいホテルたです。

和兒子旅行來的，我們定的是包含三餐的套餐，這是一家比較久的酒店，裝修不新了，但整個維護還是挺好的，管理規範，員工訓練有素。整個園區的建築規劃錯落有致，有度假酒店的鬆弛和舒展，園林和植物維護的不錯，有自己的私人沙灘。泳池用的是海水，舒適度不錯，房間的景觀和尺度還是比較舒服的，天氣好的時候，晚餐在露天那邊，歌手嗓音很醇厚，之後還有舞蹈表演（跳舞的應該是酒店員工吧，）氛圍很好。白天你在酒店裡任何地方都會有人跟你微笑？並且詢問是否需要幫助或服務。特別感謝帕米拉，她跟小朋友的互動和陪伴，給小朋友留下了深刻的印象，我的兒子很喜歡她。除了水池邊和晚餐的互動以外，他們還一起做了手串。讓小朋友度過了一段輕鬆愉快的時光。美中不足是，早餐的時候幾乎完全沒有蔬菜,比起晚餐的時候風味比較單一，如果下一次再來的話，應該不會考慮這種包含三餐的模式，

環境優美，服務周到

The all drinks are off - very cheap drink options. Very cheap wines and cocktails - quite disappointed. The all inclusive drinks are not what I expected. The room was great. I enjoyed the hot water rain showers The entertainment was great. - I enjoyed the Salsa lessons and the entertainments. Keith is an amazing performer. I enjoyed the Tuesday night performances.

The hotel is very clean and spectacular interior.Food selection was delicious and the staff were beyond helpful.Views from Pavillion are breathtaking and the beach access from hotel is amazing excellent fro those who love the beach.Thanks to Cindy who made check out and check in smooth and to George who made sure our room was equipped with everything it needed and was always around to help.

The experience was great. I loved the food,the beach view...large swimming pool and above all the cave restaurant. The food was amazing and the prices were also reasonable. The staff were polite and very professional. Did I say about the entertainment? It's just the best place to spend a holiday

We received a warm welcome at reception, enjoyed delicious meals with beautiful presentations by Chef Ambari and his team, who ensured our dining experience was exceptional. The pool was impeccably clean, offering stunning views that enhanced our relaxing vacation experience. They guided us on a tour of the caves, and let me tell you, the Istanbul experience was simply amazing! Dinner was an unforgettable affair, with impeccable presentations from the stage to the beautifully set tables and chairs. The food was exquisite, and the Baobab Bar setup was perfect—I loved every detail. I'm already looking forward to returning for another wonderful experience like this.

Such a lovely place to visit. We upgraded to a family room once we arrived as it was much better. The food was amazing (we never felt the need to eat out) lots of choice. Such good chefs. Amazing staff throughout the whole resort from cleaning, maintenance, spa, front of house, finance, management, security, laundry, hosts, servers etc. We spoke to them all. Everyone was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Pool area was lovely and the beds overlooking the beach were great. Pavilion bar was nice and the cave looked good (we didn't eat here) Animation team were great. Big thank you to all staff for making out stay so good.

We had a wonderful stay at PrideInn Flamingo. The reception was awesome and we were well received. Mr. Benson was very kind and helpful from the first impression to the day of check-out. Our room keeper Madam Ruth was also very professional. The swimming pool and food stood out for us. We surely enjoyed and we will be back God willing.

This was an absolutely fantastic experience with the most friendliest and helpful staff. Fabulous variety of food at the buffet, clean pools and rooms. This was a very pleasant and memorable stay. Would recommend Pride Inn Flamingo any time.
