Good customer service ! Cleanliness ! Spaces is good size for couple . One thing disappointed , no refriguator in room . So far so good . Cannot book hotel ground transport for pick up from station to hotel if oversea traveller , better to provide WeChat contact when make reservation at home . There is no WeChat contact on the website too .

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is next to the shopping malls and the hotel breakfast has a large spread! I am pleasantly surprised when they ran after me after checkout to apologise again for the small hiccups in the room (the TV controller runs out of battery) and offered a bottle of red wine. It’s these small gestures that counts!

Great hotel, both the facilities and the professionalism of the staff, is to be praised. Services at the front desk reception is excellent and the staff are attentive and strike to provide extra assistances to guest such as helping us to purchase a traditional gift from the local market and booking taxi for ud to the rail station upon check out. Services at the breakfast area can be improved to be more polite and attentive with smiles to match the front desk. Smiling and attentiveness will bring the hotel quality to the next level of a 5 star boutique hotel.

The room is quite spacious! The design is great! The mattress is comfortable, and the pillows/quilts are suitable for sleeping. The lighting is soft, especially the bedside lamp is user-friendly. The toiletries are nice and easy to use. The overall service awareness is very strong, especially when checking in at the front desk, there is a person named Wutong who is very professional and carefully helps answer our questions. Very satisfactory hotel! Will stay again next time.
