The staff were friendly and tried to help wherever possible. The impression when entering the hotel is very good, it is like a study or reading room and the decoration works well. The room we stayed in was a very good size and the decoration was good. I did find it odd that there was no fridge in the room even though they had a cabinet for it. They do supply tea, instant coffee and water. I was not a fan of the way they separated the bathroom and bedroom. It was a little open plan while I prefer a total separation. This is just my own personal opinion and others may think differently. The hotel does have a washing machine by the Gym should you want to do your own laundry. Some may find the hotel's location a little remote. While only 10 minutes from the train station it is further away from things such as The MixC Mall and Zhujiang Lu food street. That said there are some good restaurants within walking distance including a Goose restaurant and a Dim Sum restaurant. The smaller MixC East Coast Mall is also within a 10 minute walk. All in all I would be happy to stay at the hotel again.

Both manager and front desk staffs were very helpful and nice.  Helped us on purchasing high speed train tickets and advised us the best option to ship our luggage to our next destination.  Very new and clean.  Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Overall the environment and service were good, except that the room we stayed in did not have a refrigerator. We called the front desk and they said the rooms with refrigerators were full. The service of the clerks was very good, the hotel lobby had a British era feel, and the staff were happy to take photos for us.

Too bad! ! ! ! The comb had been opened and there was dandruff on it! ! ! There is even dandruff! ! ! It’s a bit unreasonable to put the used comb back again! ! ! The restaurant was also very chaotic in the morning. I waited half an hour for breakfast and the waiter even spilled the milk. How unprofessional! ! ! !

酒店非常有格調，每天下午都有很多小姐姐在大堂拍照，真的很出片。房間很乾凈，床品舒服，馬桶、淋浴和洗臉枱盆都在獨立區域，可以同時使用互不影響。酒店服務也好，早餐後趁人少在大堂拍照，工作人員主動打開了燈，説拍出來效果更好，點贊！喜歡拍照的姐妹一定不要錯過

服務非常好，很喜歡，很乾凈，客房服務員姐姐非常細心，加了床，床幫我鋪好，還主動給我拿了洗簌用品，介紹了汕頭好玩的地方，全程笑容以對！酒店位置還挺方便，停車免費，大堂打卡值得！在南澳島和市區中間，旁邊3.4公里處有一間很大型的牛肉火鍋，價格也合理，所以吃和住都不用費心！

這次入住體驗簡直滿分！一進酒店就被絕美歐式裝修驚艷到，金屬元素裝飾非常有創意，每一處細節都透着典雅與奢華，彷彿置身歐洲宮殿。房間佈置精緻温馨，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果也超棒。工作人員服務熱情周到，有求必應。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，味道超讚。無論是環境、設施還是服務都無可挑剔，強烈推薦，絕對會再來！

昨天一入到去大堂感覺已經很好,上訪後覺得房間好大好靚,好舒服,但家庭房如果梳化前有張小型枱就還好一點,叫外賣在房吃四個人都唔知點食,酒店清潔阿姨要改善一下,清潔不到位,沖涼房洗頭水沐浴露第一天是吉樽嚟的,在第二天都沒有人發覺亦沒有清理,到走都沒有清理到,浴室很大水力很好,但放沐浴露就只可以放在地上,應該要加一塊層板,學急住客放一點東西,其他一切都不錯

設施：床和枕頭都很舒服，倒頭就睡著了，喜歡房間黑黑的睡覺，窗簾遮光效果很棒，全屋智能系統很方便 衞生：衞生做得很好，乾淨整潔 環境：大堂英倫風的裝修拍照很不錯 服務：前台小姐姐服務很好，訂了房會提前聯繫你，我要的需求都給我做得很好👍還有給咖啡卷，但是今天太忙了，沒空去喝，有時間再去試試
