Atour has now become my first choice for travel. The overall evaluation is reassuring, but there are also mixed reviews. I am absolutely satisfied with this hotel I stayed in this time. I can't find any faults in any aspect. It is very comfortable. The waiter missed the room cleaning on the second day. After communicating with the front desk, it was immediately made up, which was very good. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Stayed at the hotel for one night from 7 to 8 Nov. The room was clean, modern and spacious with a cozy yard area. Specially grateful to Mr 猴赛雷for being so caring and going the extra mile to book a Didi car ride, giving the driver very clear instructions, which helped us reach our next destination safely. Highly recommend this hotel for those visiting Shantou!

First of all, I would like to praise the sincere and considerate service attitude of Atour's front desk. The guides for tourist attractions all provide locations, so it is very convenient to just follow the navigation and take a taxi. It's not far from anywhere, except Nan'ao Island, which is far from anywhere. 😂 Secondly, the hotel is very quiet, hygienic and convenient. I didn't see any problems. It's clean and tidy. I am also an Atour member and I am very satisfied with my stay at Atour Shantou. I hope I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Shantou.
