I am used to booking rooms on Ctrip every time I travel, it feels very convenient and there have never been any problems. But this time was the most unsatisfactory time I made a room booking on Ctrip. Please look at the order. I booked the ”Yabuli Hot Spring Ski Resort Hotel” in the scenic area. I wanted to enjoy the convenience of skiing and the hotel environment. However, the hotel sent me a location map the night before. I was very grateful and thought it was convenient for our navigation. But what I found out according to the navigation was the ”Fragrant Garden Iron Pot Stew” B&B, which is not in the scenic area at all, the environment is average, and there is no hot spring. You have to drive to ski, which is not what I expected. I don't know what the connection is between this ”Fragrant Garden Iron Pot Stew” and the ”Yabuli Hot Spring Ski Resort Hotel”. I just feel like I was sold! Does Ctrip take care of this issue?
But the hotel owner's service attitude is still very good, dining is convenient, there is a restaurant downstairs, skiers are driven to the ski resort, after skiing, call for a car to take you back to the hotel.

The favorite place in Yabuli, the child's answer is this homestay. After staying for three days, I was reluctant to leave when I left. (Originally only two days were booked, and the child didn't want to leave and stayed for another day)

We also contacted the boss to book a car to go to Xuexiang. It is safe and convenient. You don’t need to bring your brain when living here. The boss will give you a travel guide. By the way, the homestay also boiled a few pots of hot water for us to play with water into ice for free! The boss's yard is so big that the kids can play happily. It would be even better if there were some amusement facilities in the yard. In short, we had a lot of fun!

Highly recommend this lovely place. The owner is super friendly and is happy to pick you from the nearest Yabuli High Speed Railway station. They offer the same transport service if you ski, including arranging ski attire rental. Their prices for ‘side trips’ is comparable with local booking sites (plus free to and fro transport). The team there is warm and friendly. Location is central, with a hot spring, minimart, restaurants within walking distance. Tip: If you plan to visit the Snow Village or Yabuli skiing, this is an affordable and good alternative place to stay, partly because they can book the tickets and arrange transportation as well! Would give six stars if it was possible. Recommend to stay their big family room with attached toilet. Please don’t expect 5 Star Hotel standard for the price that you are paying.

From the moment I stepped out of the car and into the villa, I felt like I was home. The hosts are an old couple who somehow reminded me of my parents. Their care and hospitality is admirable, you could tell that they have experience in hosting people into their home and it’s now part of their nature. They are very helpful.
Initially I booked one night online, but upon my arrival looking at the place how clean, beautiful, spacious and peaceful it was and coupled with the fact that my hosts were so welcoming. I then decided to book another night directly with the hotel.
They even asked if I needed my room cleaned the following day, which I appreciate.
The location is also very convenient for skiing it’s a 15 minutes drive to the Yabuli ski resort and the hotel arranged everything for me at a good discount. From the ski tickets, costumes and transportation, I did not have to stress about it. All I had to do was pay, show up and have fun in the snow!
I really appreciate their hospitality and great service. I’ll definitely come back next winter but with a group of friends this time around! It’s a pity I couldn’t stay longer and explore the area.
Skiing ticket including clothes and skiiing gear- 200 (online it costs 248rmb) but the hotel has an agreement with the ski resort.
Transportation return- 60 rmb
Total cost- 260rmb
The hotel also provided a tasty North eastern breakfast only for 10rmb. The restaurants nearby are scarce and a tad bit expensive so having one meal checked off really helped.

The room was very clean, and disposable toilet pads and disposable bath towels were prepared, which was well received. When you arrive at Yabuli, pick up at the train station, go skiing, eat, and Miss Sister will pick you up for free. The homestay provides snow clothes, helmets, etc., which is quite beautiful. 電熱水器燒水有些慢，建議南方的小夥伴分時段沖涼。
老闆娘很熱情，提前聯繫，安排好司機去亞布力西站接車，費用50。
去滑雪，客棧提供滑雪服，幫忙買好票，180元全包，去雪場來回免費接送，費用合理。
發現個細節，每天晚上老闆娘都會把當天客人用過的滑雪服洗乾淨，放在一樓烘乾👍
客棧還有兩衹很可愛的狗狗，非常温順，孩子們好喜歡，這幾天買了十幾根火腿腸投喂🐶，和小超市老爺爺都混熟了😂
亞布力這邊餐飲消費比哈爾濱高不少，不過出來旅遊，開心就好！
亞布力滑雪場設備和滑道都很棒，玩得很盡興！

The Yabuloni Hotel was set the first day, and the next day I found that the homestay was on the seventh floor of the Yabuloni Hotel. The same elevator went up, which was more than 1,000 cheaper. But if you want to slide the high-end road, you need to take the cable car, the two big and one small will still be cost-effective, because the Yabuloni hotel contains two big and one small alpine ticket for a day, and ski costumes, no gloves. If it is only a preliminary entry, this homestay is more cost-effective, because the primary road that directly finds the intermediary to set the sun is only 120, and it also includes ski costumes, does not include gloves, and the alpine coach is much more expensive, double board 750 two hours, and the primary road is only 200 hours. But the junior road coach can't go up the mountains. The snow field is stipulated. My scalper was on the bus when I came out of Yabulisi Station and saw the phone on the bus. If there is no posted car, you can ask the ticket clerk directly, they are all together. Moreover, they also have in place services, package pick-up, the key is that they also have a team to go to Xuexiang, 80 people, package pick-up. GGuest UserThe host and everyone there were so warm and welcoming. Very nice to my kids, they even let my kids borrow their snow toy for them to enjoy in the snow outside the room.
Love the family room, got projector so we had winter movie night. The driver Mr Li was cheerful and so kind to bring us to the local convenience store, and recommended place for ice tubing and snow activities, he also brought us to one of the halal/muslim food which was abt 25mins drive away. The apartment is so beautiful and exceptionally Recommended place.

GGuest UserThe boss and all the staff are very enthusiastic, the service is attentive, and the environment is good. Although it is a short distance from the ski resort and forest hot springs, the boss can help call a car, so it is convenient to travel. The restaurant at the B&B is very good, especially the pot-wrapped pork.
What was particularly touching was that I accidentally twisted my waist while skiing at the snow resort. When my boss learned about it, he drove to pick me up without saying a word and took me to the hospital for filming. He was very touched.
The B&B consists of three villas, each with its own independent space and a distinctive courtyard. The lights lit at night are particularly dreamy and warm. Children can have a great time playing in the snow in the courtyard without even having to go out. They really like it.

As foreigners, traveling in China can be challenging but Sandy made our trip so much easier! She is a wonderful host that accommodated all our needs with a smile! She arranged a taxi for us that picked us op from the train station and took us straight to the apartment. We traveled during Chinese New Year which can be hard with getting a taxi and getting restaurants that are open.
We had a delicious meal at the restaurant right next to the apartment and could watch all the people ski and have fun on the slopes!
We arrived earlier than check in but Sandy assisted us so that we could change into our ski clothes and helped us to get a coach for our ski lesson, all the equipment and ski passes. After our wonderful time on the slopes, she took us to a hot springs! She took photos, translated and arranged all tickets needed. She surpasses all expectations when considering the service!
The room was spacious, clean and had a wonderful view! The room was warm and had enough blankets that made the stay very comfortable! My only recommendation would be to provide drinking water in the room.
The stay at Lucheng Apartments made our whole Yabuli experience amazing and we can’t wait to come back again! Thank you for being a superb host Sandy! Many blessings to you!! 🙏

The front desk is on the first floor. There is also a 24-hour front desk and security guards. The room is clean and hygienic. The bedding is changed for each guest. Even the cups for brushing teeth are disposable. The details are very good. The front desk staff are also very polite and greet you when entering and exiting.
