I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. The amenities were excellent, especially the breakfast selection and the reliable Wi-Fi. Overall, a very pleasant experience—I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Very beautiful hotel, in a typical ******* style. Close to the Lake Napa, I had however thought after reading the hotel description that it would be giving onto the lake and not just the view so we were a bit disappointed by the location. However, the rooms and hotel in general are beautiful and the staff is very nice

The hotel was large and spacious . Owner so kind and so helpfull. The toilet was clean and upgraded. Im as muslim very comfirtable with the toilet. So very recomended to muslim tours and other. The food also nice 🥰

I booked a Tibetan-style accommodation on the last day in Shangri-La, and it was really a surprise! The environment is so beautiful and so good! We took a lot of photos! Then maybe we were the only ones that day, the boss lady upgraded us to a view room, the view is super beautiful! The room is also very clean! Then I saw comments that the oxygen machine is a bit noisy, and I was a little worried before, but in fact the sound is really small, and I don’t feel it at all as a light sleeper. The boss’s family is very warm! When we went downstairs to eat in the morning, the boss’s wife asked us to roast the fire first, and then we chatted like at home. The breakfast was very rich, and the mother-in-law also asked us to eat slowly. When we left, she said goodbye to us, just like my grandma, and the experience was very good! I will definitely stay here for a long time next time I come!

The first ******* B&B we stayed at on this trip, I was shocked as soon as I entered the door. It was as luxurious and grand as a palace! Our room was very large, a viewing room, with a large floor-to-ceiling window directly facing the grassland landscape. It was so beautiful! You can eat all three meals here, and breakfast is free, including butter tea, highland barley cakes, eggs, corn, and ******* fried dough sticks! You can have authentic yak hot pot for lunch and breakfast. Authentic, delicious and very affordable. We stayed for three days and two nights, and on the second day we went to Songzanlin Temple and Dukezong Ancient City, which are very close by car, only ten minutes. On the third day of our cruise around Napa, it rained for two days, and the third day was a nice day.

I went to Shangri-La during the peak season, and by chance I stayed in this newly opened ******* homestay on the Panahai Grassland Lake Ring Road. It was unexpectedly clean and tidy, and the view outside the window was also good. You can actually see the Shika Snow Mountain directly behind the homestay. The locals said that it happened to snow on the snow mountain today, so the Shika Snow Mountain we saw was more snowy and beautiful than the Yulong Snow Mountain we saw two days ago. The hostess's cooking skills are very good. The yak hot pot and matsutake sashimi we ate at her house are very special. When needed, the whole house can be supplied with oxygen (free), which makes us who have just come to the plateau feel a lot more at ease. At night, after the lights of the homestay are turned off, you can see the bright starry sky when you go out the door, which makes us who come from the big city very excited. By the way, I also saw 2 meteors that night 🌠, which made me very excited. It was also that day that I saw a double rainbow 🌈 at the door of the homestay. The proprietress said we were very lucky. The breakfast is also very *******, with barley cakes, butter tea, etc. I recommend everyone to go there. It is cost-effective and far away from the crowds taking photos. It is also very close to the place where cattle and horses are grazing on the grassland. I suggest that you can drive around Panahai Grassland along the ring road around the lake if you have time.
