Deceptive Practices & Unacceptable Experience We booked and paid for this specific hotel but were secretly sent to a completely different property without our knowledge or consent. Only upon arrival did we realize we weren't at the hotel we selected - no advance notice, no explanation, just blatant deception. Key issues: ✖ Bait-and-switch scam: The replacement hotel was in a worse location (further from restaurants/attractions) ✖ Price gouging: We paid 30% more than the actual accomodation's rate, with no refund ✖ Unbearable noise: 3 active construction sites surrounding the property ✖ Zero accountability: Management ignored complaints and refused compensation Most offensive part? They clearly targeted us as foreign tourists who wouldn't notice the switch immediately. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. They falsify bookings, overcharge, and provide substandard accommodations. Below is a photo of the state of property we were sent to. Located at the end of a dark alley, surrounded by construction sites.

The room is super nice. We slept comfortably in big beds of four. At night, we will hang around the table and turn on the projector. There are space for us to lay our big luggages. The room is clean, although not minty new still good because of the price for two nights are worth it. The breakfast served are simple but filling. We really liked the coffee. The staffs are super nice and helpful. We just use wechat to communicate. If we ever come to Shangri-la, definitely will stay here again

The location is just inside the Shangerila ancient city, within walking distance to Guishan Park, and Yueguang Plaza and travel to other places is convenient by taxi. Easy access to lots of restaurants and stores outside. The front desk and customer service are top-notch and helpful! Rooms are clean, very spacious and nice beds.

When we first arrived at the homestay, one of the brother hurriedly came out to carry our luggage in. The check-in process was smooth and done swiftly. Thereafter they even helped us to carry our luggages up to our rooms as we stayed at level 2. The room was spacious and clean, with heater and oxygen tank for us just in case we may need it due to the high altitude. The dog there was so cute and size a huge size! Breakfast was decent as it’s their traditional Mixian and they also served drinks like Coffee and Soya Bean too. Overall a good stay and we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Pros: Its location is just a stone throw away from Dukezong Old Town Cons: Its facilities looked tired and service is not always consistent.

Lovely place with great staff and service. Location is near to the ancient town and is very accessible. Booked a trip with them to Napahai and the driver took us to a few other scenic spots as well. Hotel also pick us up despite a last minute booking. 👍🏼 Although I know many people smoke, perhaps the hotel should not allow smoking in the reception lounge. One of the new staff smoke in the lounge toilet and it was really bad smelling.

We had a lovely time at Yumu Zhiye! The inn was close to the ancient town of ShangriLa and accessible by car. The staff were very friendly and helpful, communication by WeChat was convenient. Breakfast was a mini buffet with mainly Chinese food. The inn provided a fruit platter and some drinks everyday which was a very nice gesture. As there are no elevators in the building the staff helped us with the luggages. The room we booked had floor heating which is nice during winter and well laid out: enough space for a family of four.

好恐怖的民宿啊，我人生中的倒數第一的住宿，以後我永遠不敢再住民宿了，不吸水的毛巾，生菇的衣櫥，廁所地上生菇，完全不能適用的熱水器，洗手盆也生銹，我連坐在餐廳吃早餐都覺得噁心，骯臟。地上喂狗的狗食應該也放着臭一天一夜，民宿的前台客廳也滿滿的煙臭味，我一進去都快瘋了，孩子連睡在床上都嫌臟啊。 前台服務呵呵真的是倒數第一啊，抱歉，各位，別被照片騙了

- โรงแรมรถสามารถจอดหน้าโรงแรมได้ สะดวกในการเดินทาง สามารถเรียก DiDi รับหน้าโรงแรมได้เลย - โรงแรมมีความกระตือรือร้นในการติดต่อลูกค้าเพื่อช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในการรับที่สถานีรถไฟเป็นอย่างดี - พนักงานทุกคนให้การต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น มีนมอุ่น ชาร้อนบริการ คอยให้คำแนะนำในการท่องเที่ยว และจัดหารถให้เพื่อช่วยอำนวยความสะดวก - น้องสุนัขชามอยเป็นมิตรคอยต้อนรับและเล่นกับลูกค้าได้น่ารักมากๆ - ห้องพักตรงกับที่โฆษณาในภาพ แต่ด้วยอากาศที่หนาวจัดของแชงกรีลาทำให้เตียงไฟฟ้าและฮีตเตอร์อาจอบอุ่นไม่พอ ควรเตรียมเสื้อผ้าที่อบอุ่นในการเข้าพักที่นี่ - อาหารเช้าที่โรงแรมอร่อยมาก มีหลากหลาย เราได้ทานเพียงแค่ 1 วันเท่านั้น ทางโรงแรมจึงจัดชุดอาหารเช้าให้ไปทานบนรถไฟในวันเดินทางกลับด้วย - อุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกในโรงแรม มีครบถ้วน ไดร์เป่าผม เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น ฮีตเตอร์ในห้องน้ำ ช่วยให้การอาบน้ำง่ายขึ้นมาก - ใกล้โรงแรมมีร้านอาหารและซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตทำให้สะดวกมากๆ

香格里拉冬天雖然冷但是很美好啊，當地人都特別熱情友善，每天都和當地人聊他們的生活真的很開心🥳感覺又重生了，住在香格里拉獨克宗古城裡，去吃飯逛街都特別方便，出門什麼都有，尤其是晚上非常熱鬧，大家都在廣場跳舞💃 很開心選擇了這家酒店，房間很寬闊，有露天大陽台，還可以曬太陽喝茶，設施完善，很貼心的準備了牛奶和水果，還有薑茶和氧氣，不用擔心缺氧睡眠障礙問題～房間也乾淨整潔，給人一種度假的感覺

超級奈斯的民宿 有一衹超可愛會握手的耶耶 住的那天是平安夜 老闆還送了蘋果 超讚 我們住的兩天都是早起 趕不上早餐 老闆還特意給我們打包了放前台帶走 超貼心！！ 贊贊贊 家人們走過路過不要錯過這個民宿！！！！

服務從入住前兩天就開始了。微信確認了到達日期時間，問好多少個行李箱。我們這次四個人四個行李箱。民宿直接派了SUV來高鐵站接。非常貼心。 大廳的茶座，大狗，院子裏的蘆葦，房間獨立庭院裏的桂花樹立馬讓人感受到了設計師民宿的特點。房間很大，兩張大單人床，床品純棉舒軟。最讓人稱讚的是 空調，浴霸，和熱水。在冬天的香格里拉這些就是頂配。我們一路住了大理 麗江 從沒有哪個酒店能1分鐘出這麼燙的熱水。 民宿的工作者都很友善，並推薦了正規的包車服務。 其他餐飲，旅拍，他們反而沒有正式推薦。從某個程度上來説，我更尊重他們的專業性了。感覺這是家用心做旅店業務的民宿。忘記説，進門就送上的熱牛奶和水果，非常貼心。
