The house is very ******* style. The boss is very nice. I asked in advance if he could help with the luggage. The boss was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage to the hotel. On the way back, he helped with the luggage to the north gate. It was very nice.

- As we were lost and I had an issue with my knee, the owner helped me carry my bags.
- To catch the early train back to Kunming, the owner helped us by taking us to the train station.
3. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view.

The accommodation and the rooms are aesthetically pleasing and tasteful, which we really liked. However, in some places, higher quality equipment should have been invested in (mattress, unstable "wardrobe", etc.) and more thorough cleaning should have been carried out (e.g. under the bed and in the corners). The quality of the bathroom equipment (water pressure, shower, extractor...) is very good, however. We also liked that we got new water, etc. every day. The price-performance ratio is good:

First , no reply from them thru trips.com messages. Without proper communication ,i wouldn't know where to stop. There is no wechat provider for foreigners to communicate as well .The best way to walk to the hotel is thru "North Gate"/Bei Men .
The location is actually top of the hill meaning requires a lot of step to the hotel ,of course its rewarded with good view from the hotel .But my mother cannot cope with the staircase .
Room 203 - Water heater was very difficult to control, its either too hot or too cold .There are alot of sharp nails at the edge of the bed ,no idea what or where it from ,but its annoying every times i step near the bed and get the sharp pain.
Walking to the main streets was near just required alot of stairs.
