Awesome place , excellent amenities . Nothing to complain. Loved the place . No view tho atleast for the room I booked . Rest all , first class

The accommodation was super close to the hiking trail, that’s why we booked. Also the manager women was taking care of our bags and our bus for the next day to Shangri-La. The food there was really good and cheap, a lot of vegetarian options. The coffee at the rooftop was great as well.

Good guesthouse close to the gorge. For Western like we difficult to comnunicate. No english menu at the restaurant but with a little bit help from Chinese tourist we had a great meal. The room was o.k. only the badroom need some maintenance. Drains are not working so you always get wet feets There is a small shop where they arrange our transport to Shangri-la.

If you are reading this, straightaway make your booking. You will not regret it because this is the best accommodation in TLG. 1. Superb location. Near the entrance to go down to the gorge. Dont forget to try climbing the vertical ladder. 2. The host is really kind n helpful. He will assist you on everything and u will feel at home away from home. 3. Very clean and spacious room with private bathroom. Very comfortable bed. We have a very deep sleep to rest our body after hiking for that day.

The staff were very helpful. The restaurant service and food were excellent. The bedroom was magnificent with an outstanding view (never seen anything like it). The beds were spacious, wide, soft, and warm. The location was perfect. Although the bathroom was clean and spacious, there was no hot water after 9pm and the shower drain would overflow.

Lovely room with AMAZING view! The food was excellent and had lots of vegetarian options. The owner was very kind and drove us to the start of the lower gorge trail, climbed up the sky ladder on the way back which was right by the inn. We had a great stay

We enjoyed our stay at Teacher Zhang’s Inn. The room was clean and had all the necessary supplies. The owners of the place are nice and friendly family. There’s a rooftop observation area where you can enjoy the magnificent view and had a drink. If you’re planning to visit the tiger leaping gorge this place is recommended.

The room and bathroom are large, with a floor-to-ceiling window that offers a view of the snow-capped mountains. The food at Mr. Zhang's restaurant is delicious and the portions are generous.

The advantage is that it is located in the best part of the Zhonghutiao hiking trail, where many hikers rest. The service and facilities are relatively complete. As for the guest rooms, they are just livable, don't expect luxury.

The hotel is in a very good location, right at the entrance of the Zhonghutiao hiking trail, which is very convenient for traveling with children. You can park at the door, the restaurant is open until 7:30 in the evening, and there are many kinds of stir-fried dishes.

I came from Ershibadaoguai and chose Zhang Laoshi Inn. The room was very clean and very close to Zhonghutiao. The view outside the window was great. It was very convenient for eating and taking a bus, and the price was reasonable.
