Hotel is clean but location is terrible and it's located middle of nowhere and no location in the map, even taxi driver never heard of this hotel.
The only good thing is this hotel provide free airport and train station pick up and drop off. Around 20mins walking to the Dukezhong ancient city.
The reception is bunch of ******, everything they just say yes but won't do anything. I speak Mandarin also hard to communicate with them, just imagine foreigner that doesn't speak Mandarin.

Male Counter staffs service is awful, waited a while for card key and when to the room and couldn't enter as they didn't activate it. When down to tell them and they sarcastically say i when to wrong room, finally get a nice lady to to reactivate it and manage to enter my room

該酒店停車場比較大，之前在網上找了很多家，原本想住古城裡麪，但停車出入都很不方便，幸好這家可以，我帶着家人出來旅行，不想太麻煩，幸好他們家離古城也很近，幾分鐘的車程，攜程上承諾的古城也免費接送，總體還不錯。就是房間沒地暖，衹有空調，服務他們還是不錯的，有問題都是反應很快就解決了。不錯

酒店設施看起來挺新的，應該開業沒多久，以前也來過香格里拉，沒聽説這個酒店當時就訂了，房間看起來不錯，他們家面積還是稍大點，後面停車場比較大，停車方便，和朋友一起開電車過來，停車場有充電樁非常方便。其他酒店是沒有的，客房大姐服務很及時送物品非常快，不錯的一家酒店。

來香格里拉住的這家藝龍酒店，房間確實不錯，帶家人過來旅遊，行李比較多提前聯繫了酒店安排接送服務，當天比較冷温度在零下，進了大堂感覺很暖和，大堂正好有個火爐還燒着碳，服務員都熱情，在火爐旁店總還跟我們聊起了家常問寒問暖的，感覺到家裡一樣，住店期間給了我們很多建議和幫助，值得大家來住。

第一次來香格里拉旅遊，沒想到香格里拉也開了一家藝龍酒店，就抱着試一下的態度訂了這家酒店，提前讓酒店安排了接機服務，首先當天接機的小夥子很熱情，提前給我了電話説了到出站口馬上就過來，香格里拉機場很小，好在離酒店就10分鐘的車程，到了前台小姑娘和熱情服務態度也很好，辦理入住速度很快，也給我送了歡迎飲品，進了房間酒店承諾的水果已經擺在房間了，酒店不大但感覺很温馨，房間住着也很舒適，酒店員工服務有求必應。總體來説還是值得推薦。
