A fresh fragrance hits your face when you enter the hotel. The girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and has a good service attitude. The hotel also has a gym and a self-service laundry room. The breakfast is delicious and rich. Parking is very convenient and the downstairs is also very convenient!

During the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, the hotels were all full. Compared to the surrounding areas, I chose this hotel with a reasonable price/performance ratio of less than 400. I was given a chess and card room when I checked in. I didn’t reserve the room. I was not satisfied with this (first of all, I had to meet the reservation requirements to reserve the room). Later, After communication, I changed to a twin room that basically satisfied my reservation. The room is relatively clean and tidy. It has a washing machine. What's better is that there is a clothes drying rod👍. The air conditioner blows directly and the clothes dry quickly😂. It's also a good idea to park your car in the neighborhood next to the hotel and reimburse the fare. Oh, the noodles next door are super delicious. There is also a similar Jinlonggang Pedestrian Street nearby, and there is also Lao Min Tianluo. It was not bad for us to wait for an hour. The location of the hotel is good.

This stay completely refreshed my perception of business hotels! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the elegant atmosphere created by the fragrance and light music made me feel relaxed. The front desk lady smiled kindly and asked if I needed a quiet room when I checked in. She also thoughtfully marked the breakfast time and WiFi password. They also placed a hand-drawn map in the lobby, which made it super convenient to travel. The room was more spacious than expected, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the city night view. The bedding was moderately soft and hard, and even the pillows had different heights to choose from. Details control was ecstatic! The room was soundproofed very well, and I couldn't hear any noise in the corridor at all. It was super convenient to check out. The room card was directly placed in the check-out box in their elevator, so I didn't have to go to the front desk to check out. It was a very good check-in experience!!!

A truly nice and wonderful hotel with staff that are considerate and helpful. Only issue I can say I had was the bathtub plug allowing for water to drain away. A hotel I will be happy to stay at again in future visits to Shangrao.

The room actually looks better than the photos. The layout is very reasonable and the facilities are very new. It is clean and hygienic. The breakfast is also very diverse. It is very quiet at night. The pillows are especially comfortable. I have a good sleep all night. The lady at the front desk is also very attentive. Hotel was clean but what really bothered us was finding condoms and sex toys available in our room. Although the room looked clean, the items made it feel like the room was dirty. Breakfast wasn’t an option as advertised on trip.com…understanding that it is Chinese New Year but then guests should have been informed before booking. The room itself was comfy but we had hoped for the sink to be inside the bathroom as shown in the advertised photos. The entire hotel also smelt like smoke.

AAnonymous UserI want to start by sincerely thanking the uncle who works at this homestay for all his hospitality and attention. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were very well treated and taken care of. I will definitely remember our stay in Wangxian and hopefully come back to see the uncle.
My partner and I visited from Canada and I speak very little mandarin. Despite this, the uncle and the other residents of the neighborhood were very patient and helpful when communicating.
The check-in process was electronic. You scan the uncle’s QR code with your WeChat and register your information. For foreigners, it would be helpful to have WeChat running before arriving. The check-in was in Chinese, but I just screenshot the page and translated it and had no problems.
We stayed in room 301, it was a double room and true to the pictures. The cleanliness was good and it was quite confortable. There are large windows for lots of sun. The water is hot and the AC is functional, no complaints.
The homestay is very well located about a 10 minute drive from the Wangxian scenic area, and roughly an hour from Shangrao station. In the vicinity, there are many restaurants and a little supermarket.
Since it was quiet the night we checked-in, the uncle took us to visit the town nearby and gave us lots of recommendations for our visit such as going to the scenic area in the afternoon, and staying until the lights come on to see the night view.
We had dinner in the neighbour’s restaurant as recommended by the uncle. The food was home-cooked and the quantities were generous. Although we ate at the neighbour’s, the uncle also has some food and beverages you can buy, as well as some tables where you can eat.
Later in the evening, the uncle and neighbours invited us to sit with them and we shared some great moments together.
The next morning, the uncle had prepared a very typical Chinese breakfast for us to try. We then went up to the scenic area around midday and came back around 7pm. When we came back, we had dinner in the neighbour’s restaurant again and shared some more moments with them.
The uncle and neighbours helped us coordinate transportation to our next location and gave us recommendations to better enjoy our next destination which we followed and it turned out great thanks to them.
The community is what makes this place charming and I recommend it to anyone.

Although the room is small, it is fully equipped and clean. Outside the room is the rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the scenery, rest and bask in the sun. ②Although the bathroom is small, it is clean and odor-free. The hot water for bathing is good and the floor drain flows smoothly. ③The owner and his family are warm and thoughtful. The accommodation includes breakfast, which is delicious. You can also order food at the homestay for lunch and dinner. ④The store provides one-time pick-up or drop-off at Wuyuan High-speed Railway Station, which is a very convenient and practical service. ⑤The B&B is surrounded by a beautiful environment, located by a small river, with beautiful mountains and waters. The homestay is right next to the Wunuzhou Scenic Area, and it is very convenient to walk back and forth to the scenic area.

YYuanxingdeniu.YThe room is very spacious and bright, and very new, but it doesn't smell like a new decoration. It's very close to the scenic spot and very convenient for dining. The landlady is very nice and recommended local specialty restaurants to us. The fish head and tofu soup is really delicious. Stay here We were given snacks, bread and milk. When we left the store, the landlady also thoughtfully gave us a small gift. We were very surprised and grateful. The old man was also very satisfied with his stay👍

JJenny Tang WahI highly recommend this minshu. Excellent service by owner with pick up and drop off at bus station/ entrance to nearby Scenic Wangxian Valley tourist center. His rooms are lovely, comfortable, very clean, and intelligent with xiao du. The owner is a friendly, kind man. He loves to hike and took me for a sunrise hike. 20 minutes uphill after arrival by car to hiking trail. It's worth doing it. We got back by 7.30 am. We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms as the bigger room was already booked. We enjoyed staying in this minshu with many restaurants and grocery shops, and a pretty cafe with very good freshly ground coffee. His neighbours are all very friendly and helpful too. Add his phone number that trip provides to contacts in wechat to keep in touch.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied when I first arrived at the hotel, but there were still problems with the details. The carpet was a bit dirty. If it was difficult to clean, it was recommended not to lay the carpet. There was a formaldehyde problem in the room, and the severe perfume smell was covered up, but my throat was very uncomfortable! There are only two bottles of water, which is overcharged. I have never encountered this before! The smart room is okay, the toilet feels like it's foot-feeling. The rainwater flow is small, the heat is slow, and the temperature is not high! The hotel 🏨 looks relatively high-end, and there is free tea tasting! The tour group got up relatively early in the morning. Overall quite satisfied!

YYuenWe came for a biking holiday. We stayed 4 nights. We left every morning on a different biking route. Lots of roads and villages.
We each had a guest room. I was disappointed that I had the smallest room but they thought I wanted to be on the same floor as my friends. They moved me to the 2nd floor and now I had the same HUGE place as my friends. In the sitting room, is an L-shaped couch. It pulls out as a bed. So I guess this room could fit up to 4 people. The shower is huge. There is plenty of space to wash our bikes. The sauna/hot air thing was great for drying our clothes too!
Had we been more people, we probably would have rented one of the bigger places and shared instead of getting our own guest rooms.
It's fairly quiet. Breakfast was served in a separate traditional building. Normal Chinese breakfast, but asked for the noodles with the fried eggs! The kitchen staff were very accommodating when we asked if we could have breakfast at 7 am. Also, we asked for a late check-out because we wanted to shower after our ride. They let each of us have our rooms till 4pm at no charge. It would be great if the stone tiles could be power washed as it was quite slippery when it rained.
I didn't have my driver's license but I needed to go pick up my friend and his broken bike. So I went back to ask the manager if he could drive our car 35 km to pick up my friend. He was happy to drive me!
The sign to the guest house was not installed but if you look for the castle-like building, you'll find it. It was tricky getting to the hotel because we arrived late and it was absolutely chucking down with rain.
This is a great, gorgeous place if you want peace and quiet. My room had a river view. Great for relaxation. Highly recommend this place.

JJoyMoonStayed here for 2D1N! We chose to stay in a balcony room so the views were amazing but the room is a bit small. We came here on a Saturday so expect a huge crowd around the area.
A benefit of staying here as a hotel guest was that we were able to stay past closing time of Wangxiangu and did our own exploration of place without the crowds. All the lights close at 12am so you have few hours of the place to yourself!
However, food options here are limited after 10pm but they do have instant noodles for sale so we bought that! We also got the breakfast buffet the next day and quite a huge selection but the taste is normal.
The staff were really friendly as well as my country doesn’t have WeChat pay so the staff helped us pay first and I transferred the money back to her via AliPay.
We also had a free photoshoot with traditional clothing around the area. The clothing is free but you’ll need to pay for makeup and hair, and you’ll get 5 free digital touched up photos; they will take a total of 64 photos of you and you’ll get the option to pay for the other pictures if you want.
Honestly, would stay in this hotel again and would probably stay on a weekday just to avoid the crowds.
