Pros: as first time tourists to Shanghai the hotel was easy to locate and we had no problem checking in even though the receptionist spoke little English. It was also handy to have a communal microwave and fridge for guests of the hotel. Cons: To get up to your room you take the lift to the upper levels of the building - the lift itself was dirty and looked very unprofessional. If I didn't know I was taking that lift to go up to my hotel room, I wouldn't have known it belonged to a hotel. The cleanliness of the room could have also been better.

I've stayed at Mike's several times and it remains one of my favorite places. Had a few friends over and they were impressed at the size and cleanliness. Though all the laughter bothered the neighbors a bit.. so now I know the walls are thin. Still the best value for money in Jingan

This hotel is definitely ideal for my short night stay. The late night check in process went well, although I had a bit of delay finding it on the upstairs floor of the building. However, the staff did their best to accommodate me as an English speaker. I was assisted with getting food delivered as it was a bit late. The room was spotless, although small. I slept well in the very clean space. I would definitely do another overnight there for the price that I paid.

Hongqiao Airport / Hongqiao Railway Station pick-up once: Very satisfied with the stay, would stay next time for a direct value for money, a sweet soup with pepper powder in the evening, and breakfast was fresh and fresh. If you let your mind relax as soon as you walk in, let your mind empty, and forget the noise of the outside world. In the wardrobe, there is a full range of videos and writing, and then there is another bath with thoughtful disposable feet wipes and disposable bath bags to give you a sense of the hotel's deep love for inclusion. I love how strategically located the hotel is, right next to the station but without noise at all. There are a lot of eateries and a supermarket within a minute walk. The staff was extremely helpful and helped me with accepting and retuning taobao delivery as well as keeping my lugagge for more than a week while I am travelling to outside of Shanghai. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious! Love the bathtub and all other amenities such as laundy and gym room on our floor. Will definitely be back again!

A great, simple and neat hotel. Extremely close to many amenities. We were in walking distance from the Christmas Market, the Natural History Museum, The theatre, the Mall and many restaurants. The service is friendly and easy to communicate with. We also enjoyed that check out was quite late in the day. Highly recommend!

staff were excellent from front desk to dining hall and room service. we got an upgrade on a minimal sum with a promotion which the reception shared with us there. we wouldn't have known about it. i would recommend this place and stay with the chain again if i ever get the chance to come again. the location was great. all walking distance to sightseeing and shopping strip along jingan. on a side note, i stayed with at least 3 Atour hotels this past 10 days in China and they were all comfortable and welcoming. loved all. they really take into consideration the kids and have tiny bedroom slippers for children unlike most European or American chains.

Clean and hygienic, well-equipped, elegant environment. Choose a room near the road. The soundproofing is good and will not disturb your rest. The breakfast is very exquisite and the ingredients are very fresh. I recommend it. The service is warm and thoughtful. The front desk lady found out that I am a member of Jinjianghui and reminded me that booking a room is more favorable. I stayed for another 2 days. Thank you🙏 The room facilities are recommended to be improved. The TV is good, but unfortunately the network is not good. It can't play normally and it keeps freezing. The design of the tea cabinet does not take into account guests over 1.7 meters tall. If you are not careful, you will hit your head. The mattress experience is not good, and your waist hurts after getting up.

It was an incredible experience. The hotel is so clean. We enjoyed our visit and I would recommend this hotel absolutely. The only recommendation is that the hotel should offer not only Chinese breakfast but also a buffet breakfast or continental breakfast.
