We came here for the drone fireworks show at 4:30 pm, so we paid three times more than usual to book a river view room. The location is great, and it is indeed a VIP view. But the drone fireworks show was only 20 minutes, which was a bit short. We had a buffet dinner at the hotel. The ingredients were so-so, but considering the price, it was acceptable, after all, it included drinks. We mainly complained about breakfast. We went to the restaurant from 9 to 9:30. Maybe because there were many guests during the holiday, the service staff was not enough, so the tables were not cleaned in time, but they had time to pay special attention to some special guests? The ingredients were taken away and not replenished in time. Coffee and milk were out of stock during peak hours. The only drinkable food was juice. This hotel should mainly receive guests departing from the cruise terminal, and it is not suitable for locals to come for vacation (there is really nothing nearby except the terminal)

Because of the cruise, we chose TUI Blue, which was very close to the port. The front desk also upgraded us to a sea view room, so we could see the cruise we were going to take the next day. The group-purchased meals in the store were also very affordable and delicious. The next day, there was a special car to take us to the port, which was one of the reasons for choosing to stay here. The only shortcoming was that there was no service staff to help us with our luggage when we got off the car, because we brought large boxes on the cruise, and I hope this can be improved later.

Very good service at the hotel and I have been staying there for quite a number of days. Great selection for the breakfast. There is a shopping center which is only 5 mins walk away so you can enjoy many food and shopping at the same time.

The hotel is new, rooms were neat and had good amenities. Staff and overall service was really good. The location is a bit isolated. We went there to have a night stay and visit Gucun park. It's 20 mint drive from the park. Our stay was really nice. We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast as it was not according to 5 star standards. Less options especially for western dishes. Quality of food was also so so. Not many options for fruit and juices as well (they were serving colla as a second option to orange juice). Don't recommend to pay 130 for breakfast if you wish to have western breakfast. For Chinese people they had some options. Btw our overall experience was nice.
