My experience was this hotel is excellent. I will definitely return to this hotel again if I go back to Tianjin. Also, I would like to stress the service and poiltness of the staffs in the hotel, especially for the lady that handled the lucky draw area. I cannot remember her name, but I met and communicate with this staff on 31 Dec 2024 (at 5.43pm), she was poilte, and proactively recommending few places to me that I could visit during the countdown night day. Hotel room was clean! Laundry facilities was high tech, and customer are allowed to write down note that you wish to get your dried clothes hang up or fold in a bag. This makes us feels so convenient as we could put our clothes to dryer, and then leave for our activity, after return, we just need to go back to the laundry room to collect our clothes. It was a complete plesant experience. Please continue to keep up the good work, hotel staffs! :-)

The male chef who made the beef noodles for breakfast was very accommodating and I was very happy. Thank you for the delicious beef noodles. The room was clean and the location was very convenient, close to the downtown area but not too noisy.
