Location of the hotel was very convenient. We could walk to most of the tourist attractions within 20-30 minutes. Our room had one window facing a strange door and other windows through which we could hear a couple arguing, shouting and crying loudly at late hours. It was very uncomfortable for a light sleeper like me. So if you happen to have a noisy/rude neighbor, it's gonna be disaster. Breakfast was good but could be better with more varieties. Front desk had a first aid kit which was very helpful so I am giving 4/5 for the hotel service. My child had a minor burn and it was impossible for us to find a pharmacy at late hours but receptionists found a burn ointment in their first aid kit. I am very grateful for their help.

Room is clean, but always had problems with the door not closing properly and beeping. The location is very good, just a 5mins walk from the metro and the hotel is right on the edge of the five avenues which is handy for a nice afternoon strolling the streets. The breakfast is okay, a good variety, but some things (like the corn) taste like they have been sitting there a long time, even at 7am.
