I’ve stayed at this hotel chain multiple times and generally have little to worry about. The service is top-notch—special thanks to Wendy for her thoughtfulness. However, I encountered some issues with the Exquisite Deluxe room, where the bed is on a loft. During my stay in Shanghai, the cold weather made sleeping without air conditioning difficult due to poor ventilation in the loft. I requested a fix, but was told the cooling function was disabled because of the cold outside, leaving me to either open the window (noisy from road traffic) or rely on a fan they kindly provided. This helped until the weather turned hot a few days later. The lack of cooling became a real problem—last night was unbearable when the fan broke down at midnight. While the staff were great, management should ensure the air conditioning’s cooling option is always available, especially for ventilation in a hotel of this caliber. The hotel is not big but very clean. There is coffee on the first floor. The water in the shower is big and hot. It is refreshing to take a shower. The toilet is smart. The bed is also clean. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good. I can hear the sound of water being used next door in the middle of the night. The sound is not small.

The guest room is the part I am most satisfied with. The room is impeccably clean, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the spotless bathroom has no odor. Pulling open the curtains, the view outside the window is not amazing, but it is also quiet and pleasant, and you can sleep peacefully at night. The hotel facilities are also very complete. Although the gym is not large, it has all the equipment to meet the needs of simple exercise; the self-service laundry room is convenient and practical, which is very friendly for business travelers. The breakfast provided by the restaurant is rich and varied, combining Chinese and Western, and the taste is also remarkable. Of course, there are also small flaws. When using the shower once, the water temperature adjustment was not very sensitive, and it took some time to adjust it. There is also sound insulation in the guest room, and occasionally you can hear the movement in the corridor. I hope it can be optimized in the future. Overall, Yixuan Anlai Hotel has more merits than flaws. It has considerate service, comfortable environment and complete facilities. It is an excellent choice for business trips or travel. Next time I come to Shanghai, I will choose here again.

The room is clean and hygienic, the bed is neat and tidy, and it is comfortable to sleep. The guest room is relatively intelligent, with a smart toilet and the TV also supports screen projection. The front desk service is warm and welcoming, Xiao Tang is good, and I will stay in this Heyi in Caohejing next time! Impression City is at the door, which is very convenient.

The hotel's location is favorable, situated within the city but away from the main tourist crowds. This suited us well, as we did not intend to use the subway during our trip. The room and facilities were satisfactory and offered good value for the price. We stayed in a family room with two medium-sized beds, which was adequate for our family of two young children. We particularly enjoyed the mall opposite the hotel and the numerous coffee shops nearby. While the staff cannot communicate in english, they were willing to provide assistance when requested; we utilized Google Translate for communication. However, we noticed a persistent smell of smoke in the room and corridor at night. We understand this is common in Shanghai, as we encountered similar odors in taxis, public restrooms, and other locations.

My friends in China recommended this hotel and told me that she loves it because it’s relatively inexpensive compared to similar hotels in the area. She also stressed that it is a native Chinese brand hotel that it is easier for her to order food and just anything she needs. I was pleasantly surprised by its decor, service, cleanliness and modern amenities. Our room had a nice big tub, huge shower and toilet with bidet. It’s been a while since I visited Japan and I forgot how nice to have a bidet. The breakfast was a nice addition to our stay since it is included. It served both Chinese and American breakfast with some nice local dishes. The decor is modern Chinese Jiangnan style featuring paintings, Calligraphy, and 3-D animation of gold fishes. I enjoyed working out at the gym as well. Super clean and all equipment are easy to use. There is a Pilate room as well. I didn’t have time to enjoy it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not to mention that I asked for a power cord, it was delivered by a robot. Five star experience! .

Highly recommend this hotel as the location is very good. Quiet place for me to have a good rest and walkable distance to the metro station. Room is spacious and clean enough for a cozy stay.

The Hema Fresh Supermarket on the underground floor of the shopping mall is super convenient for shopping, and you can easily get whatever you want to buy. When checking out, the hotel also has a warm little surprise-providing a variety of snacks and tea bags, so that I can choose freely. On the way out of the hotel, I can also taste my favorite snacks. This experience is so comfortable. And the hotel’s water delivery service is also very timely and thoughtful, and it is available on call.
