Comment This hotel is spacious and comfortable, with brand-new facilities. The breakfast menu offers a delightful variety of Asian and Western-style cuisine. The hotel services are exceptional, particularly the meticulous and thoughtful front desk staff, Jason. He went above and beyond to solve all my problems with his professionalism. I will definitely consider this hotel for my next trip to Shanghai.

I love the location of the hotel. Is quiet and peaceful. The hotel is clean and active. The workers are kind and polite. Lemmy and Roger served me throughout my stay and they were very polite and friendly. I will use this hotel when next I come to Shanghai

Location is good. Staff was very helpful despite language issues. They have been very kind people. I will go back again next time I visit Shanghai.

freindly staff but there is no instruction for washer /dryer. We also had to walk to a nearby store to buy washing detergent which was unexpected at all.

A really nice hotel , great service ,, I was impressed when I needed an HD cable for the tv and they had it in the lobby ,,, really clean place and great service,, the people at the desk can also speak English which is great 😊

The hotel front desk staff Lemmy and Jason were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very good location, close to a small shopping mall, and the farther University Road and Wujiaochang have more to offer.

I booked a room for a client, but his itinerary changed suddenly. He checked out at 4pm on the same day, but he was not refunded a single cent and there was no room for negotiation. In the end, I contacted Ctrip and they gave me a partial cash subsidy.
