One-bedroom apartment booked for my mom here, while we stayed in a sister (older) Green Court across the street. Setup of the room was nice, large balcony, excellent service daily. The floors were not clean enough to walk around barefoot, you'd need to use the slippers provided. Her neighbor was a long stay family, who left their bikes and everything in the hall. Kids would sometimes play badminton or other sports in the lobby entry area of her building as well. Breakfast was very good, and would allow her to take food to go if she was leaving early for an excursion. The entire area is connected by underground garage so you don't have to go outside. Pool was nice, swim caps required, all kids over 1m tall have to enter via gender-appropriate locker room so bring 2 room cards to trade for locker keys; hot tub was drained the entire time we were there. Grocery store right next to the entrance was very useful as well. Closest subway (with lines 9 and 14) is about a 15 minute walk, as are any more typical Shanghai neighborhoods. This area is mostly foreigners, with 2 private schools, but it was quiet and provided a comfortable stay. She had to leave a deposit and on the day of checkout she did not receive that back, but hopefully it is refunded soon.
