Not so satisfied with this hotel. The location is not so far from the city centre but the amenities and cleaniness are so poor. There are no lift so I had to manage to carry all my huge and heavy luggage upstair. And not only that, the room is small and not so clean. There are no area to open the small luggage. It was full of smocking smell which made us feel very uncomfortable and difficult to relax, I asked for an exchange but was rejected.

Rooms are different and smaller than pictures. Showering is not easy and our bathroom had a plumbing problem . the mattress is so hard and will give you backaches,But the location is good and near to the metro station and downtown.

Conveniently located near subway Very clean Will stay again Subway is also centrally locatedxmaking viists to the bund easy Familu suite is big. Can fit up to 5 with 3 younger children

Had a very bad experience in this hotel. The rooms and hallways were very dirty and my room didn’t not even have a shower, extremely disappointed with the app telling me this hotel has a rating of 4.5/5, would like a refund.

The room was small and had the bare necessities, but I was able to stay comfortably. The cleaning lady greeted me with a lovely smile. I couldn't speak the language, but I could tell she was very kind.
