Friendly, polite and helpful staff. As I have booked for 4 nights stay, they upgraded me to a bigger bed size to enable me have a pleasant stay during my hectic business trip.

The staff was great, hotel is new, however the duvet smells horrible. I think hotels should do a better job cleaning them

nice clean and cozy hotel, staff is very helpful and working 24/7. plus there's free laundry room which is an absolute gem!

very good breakfast with fresh hand-pulled noodles and eggs made to order. super clean and comfortable yet a bit too small rooms but if you're traveling alone you won't even notice it.

Hotel is really clean and follows a minimalist style. Their breakfast menu is pretty extensive and delicious and they even offer porridge for supper! The staff are also very friendly and helpful. :)

Great service with fruit snacks for the hot summer. Staffs are friendly. International breakfast available for travellers with different appetites. Environment is quiet and good for business travellers.

Excellent position close to subway and at walking distance from Expo area. The staff is very polite and warm. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is good. Good value for money.
